Wingstop

Wings were ok. Fries were soggy. Could use more wing flavors but you can’t go wrong with lemon pepper. Located in a less than ideal location. Dining area has the excitement of a funeral home.

Too bad it’s not possible to give zero stars.
First off, the entrance to the establishment is horrendous when you have to park by the overflowing trash dumpster while the young man you are soon to see preparing food handling trash with no gloves on. Upon entering, you walk to the counter where the person taking orders is wearing a Rainforest Café shirt and she can’t seem to figure out exactly how to read the online order form I sent in. In our attempt to use the self-​serve drink machine, the error that the machine needs maintenance appears and it won’t dispense the drinks we want. The counter girl asked the manager what the problem might be and her rude response was for us to just wait for the machine to clear itself… mind you we were not the first people to be having this issue while we were there but the manager, evidently, did not feel that customer service was a priority. After about 10 minutes of waiting for the machine to fix itself, we gave up and left with our chicken that was already getting cold with no drinks, although we paid for them.
Mind you this is not the first time that we have experienced the rudeness and unprofessional ism of this Wing Stop, but it will be our last.
My advice is to steer clear of this place!

This is the second time after eating here I cannot leave the toilet. I don’t know whether to thank them for the 10lbs I just lost in excrements, or roll over from the pain of my butthole being on fire.

Time to get your order is ridiculous.. so long. I’m the only one here and it’s been over 20 min… wings are ok… bw3 is better…

Love this place, but don’t get to go as often as I’d like. I love their regular hot chicken strips! More chicken than batter, that’s what I like :) fries are pretty good!

I would rate zero if possible. Tonight they neglected to tell us of the long wait when we ordered next. After 30 minutes of waiting, I asked what was taking so long and she informed me that the lady in front of us ordered 80 wings… I asked why they hadn’t put the four extra baskets in the fryer that were just sitting there. She gave me a rude look and walked away. After another ten minutes (and several other people walking in, getting food and walking out) and I asked again. She said they were just cooking our wings so I said I wanted a refund. She informed me the wings were almost done so I asked about the fries and chicken tenders and she said another ten minutes. I asked for a refund again and she yelled to the manager «these white people want their damn money back…»
The workers were all texting on phones, not cleaning, not cooking and are racist.
Zero stars!

Always consistent. Maybe not as trendy as the other places, but I like the quick get them to go service. It is less costly than the other wing place in Lake Jackson. I visit maybe on an average once a month. Usually Saturday nights. They do have a good variety of flavors for wings. Potato salad is good. I am not fond of the soft drink vending machine. The Freestyle system does not seem to have the robust flavors as dedicated fountain dispensers. Seems like something is lost.

The manager G at Wingstop in Lake Jackson is very rude. They workers have very bad language. I heard cussing from the workers as I was eating there constantly. Very unprofessional! The workers are also very rude. The fries are always raw. I have eaten there 3 times and I will never go back. One of the times was there, there was a huge puddle on the floor sitting there from the time I walked in until after I left. The tea tastes like it has sat there for days. I will in fact suggest to my friends not to go there either.

Like the wings. I am not impressed with the email in ordering system. Placed the order 30 minutes ahead on my way thru town and it is still not ready. This is our second attempt at ordering ahead and both have failed. Don’t feel like much more waiting is reasonable.

As mediocre as the place may seem on the outside, the wings are actually pretty nice and fresh and the fries that come in the combo meal are nice and crispy too!
