I scheduled an appt with Tayler and drove to the address google gave me, and when I couldn’t find the place I called the salon and they then told me that I was in the wrong town and google had the incorrect address. So thankfully I left early because I still couldn’t find the salon when I was using the correct address. I called back and was put on hold, I found it by myself eventually and was still on hold (10 minutes later) when I walked through the door, to find my stylist and the receptionist arguing — instead of taking my phone call.
I also wouldn’t have agreed to a dry cut if I’d have known I was still going to be charged $ 52. I was in and out of the salon in less than 20 minutes and she made $ 57 off me after tip. I would’ve taken the wash, cut, blowdry And style for that kind of money. In my opinion, unprofessional from minute one. I can’t send friends there thinking they will get that same experience. And that’s a shame because the salon/​boutique was cute. I would’ve spent more money there had I enjoyed my experience.
I gave an extra star because I don’t hate my haircut.
