Would not use these thieves for nothing. I am going to deal with someone else from now on. I was on the — «Do Not Fill My Tank Unless I Call You» list and they came up to my home and filled my tank without telling me. Then sent me a bill and threatened to come and cap off my gas to my home! Beware of these low life POS people. As soon as this tank is done I am dealing with someone else!

NEWSUPDATE: In September, 2013, Suburban Propane tendered refunds as the result of a class-action lawsuit filed in Orange County, California, charging financial abuse among violations of Sec. 1750 et. seq. of California’s Civil Code; Sec. 17200 et. seq. of California’s Business and Professions Code; and Sec. 15600, et. seq. of California’s Welfare and Institutions Code. Suburban Propane has been charging customers a «Reg Fee», implying the fee is «Regulatory», or imposed by a governmental entity, including adding the phrase, «where authorized by law». The fee is not any governmental fee, but just another typical ‘garbage fee’ charged by crooked utility operators under the guise of legitimacy. The terms of the settlement include payment of $ 2,750,000.00 awarded to Suburban’s California customers who were swindled between 2006 and 2012. In addition, Suburban Propane has agreed to cover all costs of prosecution, expenses of the Settlement Administrator, and all other costs to implement the settlement. Suburban has also agreed to pay $ 1,750,000.00 to cover attorneys fees incurred by Plaintiffs.
