Shotokan is traditional karate, and students are tested when they are ready, or have earned the right to test, NOT when it is convenient for the dojo. Testing is very efficient, positive and completes ON TIME! Also, results are not biased by candy sales, donations, etc.
Krav Maga. Pragmatic and practical self defense for all ages. This is NOT kumite… Or scoring points in a tournament. Real world, ready to use methods to keep your loved ones safe.

This is a great gym. I have been a member at Lifetime, Curves, Cardinal, Womens workout, and ballys. This gym has great teachers and great adult classes. This is the best priced gym in the area.

my son has been participating since kindergarten. he is now in 6^th grade. This program has been outstanding for my son. he loves learning and has been working with Mrs. B, who is without a doubt, one of the best people i have ever observed working with children in this type of setting. She is bright, totally an expert at what she does and works well with children of all ages and communicates well with parents. i look forward to my son’s continued success through this program.
