Tony’s Place On The Lake

I’ve been going to this place for years and it’s one of my favorite places ever. The owner is awesome, the food is great and the atmosphere is so welcoming. It’s a good time and we love it there! Karaōke nights are awesome and we are hoping to go to a trivia night too at some point! They were about to close the kitchen when my family went in and they made sure they got our orders in and gave us the full menu. Awesome service and always so fun going back! :)

Best wings around! I only wish he was open year round. I try to stop here several times each summer to enjoy wing night.

Fantastic food. Great owner. Nice family atmosphere. Great DJ and Karaōke on Saturdays. I highly recommend the Bleu Burger. One of my favorite Burgers in the Catskills.

We stopped here for a bite to eat and a drink this weekend. The staff was great! So friendly and attentive. We told the waitress how we heard of Tony’s and she went and got Tony. He was very nice and listened to us and answered questions. The view they have is beautiful. We had some wings in two flavors. Very good. Nice size too. Quick service too even with all of the outside tables full. I wish we had more time for a full meal but we will definitely go back!

This I a diamond in the ruff. Gorgeous views on the lake. The waiter was so fun and friendly and the wings on Thursday wing night were fantastic! Highly recommend !!!

The wings are crisp and perfectly sauced. Our favorite flavor was garlic teriyaki. Try the flatbread, yum. They have some decent beer on tap too.

I’ve been working 2 weeks straight and needed a night off. Tonys came highly recommended by a coworker. 12 of us were looking forward to good food, fun and to celebrate a birthday. We arrived at 8. It took 45 minutes to get drinks then 2+ hours until our dinners arrived. As we were getting impatient the wait staff reminded us this is a small country kitchen. I think if this were the case we should be told this upon making the reservation and upon arrival. The kitchen was out of many of the items we came for. When our dinner FINALLY arrived, within minutes they brought out an Ice cream sundae for our friends birthday. He still had a full plate of ribs.. They should have at the least bought us a round of drinks. All 12 of us will never return and we will not recommend it.

Nice waitress/​bartender. The service was great and she was very sweet and helpful. We came in at 6pm on wednesday night. It was dinner time. They had one worker on the floor for the dining area, and bar. They had a «limited menu» for the night, which included no entrees, only «munchies», burgers, and apps. I ordered fried calamari, they had none, another customer ordered fresh mozz and tomatoes, they had none. The wings were pretty awful. The fries were the only good thing. Save your time and $ and go elsewhere.

Came in from Buffalo. Met the owners of the restaurant Tony and wife, wonderful people, very friendly couple, it was like I knew them my whole life. Food was great and the ambience was very pleasant. There is also an outdoor deck, a bar, and a room with a pool table… beautiful place! Came back a 2^nd night when there was karaōke… had a blast!
I would recommend this place to everyone! Can’t wait to go back too Lake Huntington and see our freinds!!!

Good service, if a little slow. It was wing night, so I can’t judge on that one. The wings were great, and I like the place. I’ll definitely go back.

Tony has created a great local place right on the lake in Lake Huntington. He strives to have good food at quite moderate prices to appeal to both locals and tourists. We were there on a Saturday night with only a moderate crowd. The family party at the table next to us knew Tony and his wife and we got caught up in the family feeling. The food strives to be interesting, the vegetables are fresh and there are also «pub» type burgers and sandwiches for those so inclined. Tony fortunately does not reach to far beyond what his kitchen can deliver. If we were in the area, we would definitely go back and Tony’s holds up well versus better known locations in the area.
