We had Jeremiah’s cater for a party last summer: great food and wonderful service. Everyone had spoken highly of them and it was true. The one star is for that experience.
Going into the restaurant is a disappointing experience. I walked in and was being helped; however, when a regular customer (greeted by name) walked in, the person waiting on me (blonde at the counter) stopped mid-​sentence and assisted the regular. A lovely young man stepped in to help me but had to ask the woman who was previously assisting me a question. She wouldn’t look at him nor me and seemed annoyed.
Considering there are so many other options in Lake Hiawatha, I left. I don’t understand how a business plans to grow by catering to existing customers and mistreating new ones.

Food is delicious! Was there first time and will definitely come back !!! Special of a day taste like special))) thanks …

Have eaten here many times and even got catering for a baby shower from here. Everything is fresh, tasty, and reasonably priced. Everyone at the baby shower raved about the food. Support local small business!

Man I used to come here every week until I moved out of state! Love all their salads! The one with chicken pecans and goat cheese always hit the spot for me. Their focaccia was always just baked and delicious. Can’t complain about the food here I absolutely love it!

Great food, great selection, good service. I appreciate the price point here and will definitely return for lunch.

Refrigerated Grilled chicken wrap came with a puzziling side of nacho chips sans salsa. Meat was as tender as a goodyear. Never again.

Whether eating in, taking out or having them cater an event I have always enjoyed the food. The owners are hands on and the reason for Jeremiah’s continuing success.

Everytime I come home from NYC, I look forward to coming to Jeremiah’s. My mom and I always get the Allison salad and the sandwich with prosciutto and grilled chicken. They are both so good! The candied walnuts are delicious and so is the balsamic dressing. I wish they would sell their dressing! Jeremiah’s has catered for several events for my family. I cannot wait to go back!

We had an order delivered to the office for a company lunch, they were earlier than the expected delivery time. The delivery guy was very polite, and friendly. He was willing to set the food up. The presentation was very nice. We ordered the Roasted pepper, fresh mozzarella & sun dried tomato w/​pesto on foccacia bread Platter and the Grilled chicken & grill veggies, roast peppers on focaccia w/​balsamic, both were excellent choices. The sandwiches were on a «pretty» plastic tray for a nice presentation. Potato Salad was really good and creamy. I would highly recommend this for a cater lunch!

Great deli with very nice people. It is much bigger inside than I had imagined. The service a little on the slow side (especially for a deli). I always order the #4 sandwich (roast beef with horseradish). Delicious.

Great salads! Amazing candied walnuts and grilled apples. I like to make my own salad with those two items along with grilled chicken and avocado. The balsamic dressing is some of the beset I’ve ever tried. They also do great catering.

Terrific food! Have gotten many lunches here (usually take-​out) although I have eaten in the dining room several times. My two favorites are the Allison salad and the #6 wrap with grilled chicken. The ingredients are fresh and the orders are prepared fresh when you order. Recently tried the cajun chicken and enjoyed that as well… Definitely will be back, again and again!

I agree with other reviewer, the décor is adorable… love the themed murals, including the «sky» and cute froggy items.
I disagree with her food review… while Jeremiahs is new to us, my husband and I very much enjoyed the sandwichs. they are interesting, and not run of the mill. Sweet potato fries were good too. Reasonably priced.
While I’ve lived in the area 4 years, from the outside I always got the impression the place was closed. Not so! Once inside, you’ll see how they made the separate dining room cozy and enjoyable.
I also disagree about the ‘memorial’ aspect… but that’s a matter of personal taste. Honoring a loved one who’s gone is a very personal act, and everyone should do it in a way that makes them feel best.
We will definately be back many times.

This place received a lot of attention with its tragic connection. When it first opened it was novel with fresh food, unusual ingredient combination. But, I have always been disappointed by the meals I’ve ordered. The chichen wrap I ordered for lunch was inedible due to over salting. Another Wrap just fell apart in my hands the dressing was all oil. Rather than all the impatient counter help, they should hire more qualified kitchen help.

Very adorable decorations. Great painting on the walls throughout the entire place. Very friendly staff. Yet, I wasn’t thrilled with the food. And the place is in memory of a family member who I believe was shot… yet his pictures are all over the place and it honestly creeped me out.
