The first 6 months was fine but now Internet drops tv freezes or takes forever to log on and that’s the good part. Tech service has come out 3 times and each time they leave saying«ok that should fix it» the next day the same problem. Called the company and talked to a lady named Linda and told her we weren’t happy and she said«well there’s not much we can do about it and if we want to go with another company that’s fine. Several times they’d say they call us back and never did. The customer service is rediculos. As I’m writing this they were supposed to be here 2 hours ago so I called again and now not for 4 more hours. I will dump them tomorrow! Bottom line… ya get what you pay for

Visiting a friend at Lake Havasu City, AZ. they have Suddenlink Communications for internet. And from what I understand Suddenlink is the only provider. Coming from over 30 years in the computer and high tech industry I consider it Quaint to have 1900 baud internet service! WTF should change there name to SlowDeathlink. We uploaded some pictures to Facebook and we’re hoping they’ll be there before we leave in 3 days.

There is no, 0 competition to what suddenlink can do in this area 15 meg for $ 35 frontier is like $ 45 for 3 meg. If your not using suddenlink for your media services your doing yourself a disservice. Period.
