Starbucks

Love Starbucks, hard to park, wish they would always fill the cup up. Occasionally you only get ¾ of a cup.

Had a problem with someone hacking my gold rewards card! The Girl listened to me and was super nice! Explained to me to get a hold of corporate and they would make it right; she was right on about her advise! Super sweet people and she also calmed my emotions and hooked me up with a hot tea! Nice way to deal with an unfortunate situation but up to the Starbucks staff on their customer service! 1-​1-​2016

I came in and there was a very long line and I have never seen a Starbucks line disappear so fast. The employees are efficient and friendly!

Typical great Starbucks. Some outdoor seating made it a great spot to have coffee with the fur babies.

I have no problems with the service or the location or the coffee. My complaint is with the music. Even at its lowest setting, it is way too loud to read or hold a conversation or anything. Until they do something about it, I don’t think I’ll be returning.

I needed to kill some time, so I decided to get some java and a bagel… in fact I am sitting here right now. I placed my order for a Skinny Mocha and a plain bagel. The coffee came out right away. About ten minutes passed, all the while the three employees behind the counter are laughing and gabbing with one another, and I decided to inquire about the bagel. When I approached the counter I realized that two of the employees were munching on a type of pound cake from the food display. I asked about the bagel, got an ‘oops, someone forgot to put it in”. While I am waiting I watch as one of the employees that had been eating cake with her fingers reaches into the food display to grab a baked good for a customer. GROSS… she has just been eating with her hands and then, without washing her hands, reaches into a display case touching food and handing it to a customer??? No gloves? No hand washing? Surely this is a health dept issue not just a disgusting display of a lack of hygiene and simple knowledge of safe food handling. In addition, the young people behind the counter are speaking to one another so loudly that their conversation is disrupting seated customers, I watched as one couple took their food items and coffee and left because they couldn’t hear one another speak over the volume of the employee’s chatter… they stated this loudly. Add to this the man that has been soundly sleeping, stretched out in one of only two «comfy» chair, for well over 30 minutes, and I can understand why this Starbuck’s isn’t as steadily busy as most are on a Sunday afternoon.

Über friendly people, easy in and out off the 95 hwy and plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. It’s a Star Bucks… So don’t expect the best cup of joe but this place is worth the stop if you’re needing a caffeine jolt or a refreshing iced bev.

Great service always friendly and willing to answer any questions. Free wifi! Indoor and outdoor sitting area. Gets busy in the morning before school. Snowbirds like to hangout. Best cup of coffee you can get in LHC.

Spend way to much money here, but its right off the 95 and the people are always friendly. Lots of regulars here. Parking sucks sometimes.

Just a typical Starbucks. They’re pretty consistent most everywhere. I love the people that have negative comments about staff, service etc. That can vary from day to day no matter where you go. Be it Starbucks, the supermarket or a 5 star restaurant. Probably just your run of the mill «me first» mentality that most people have. They can’t wait a few minutes, much too important ya know.

Starbucks is so reliable, and this is a great location– view of the water, outdoor seating, fresh donut, consistently great lattes.

This review is based solely on the service. We all know the coffee at Starbucks is great.
Don’t come here if you’re in a hurry. The employees get frazzled if there’s more than four people in line. This seems to be the norm in this town.

Great Starbucks. Good location right off 95, plenty of parking, easy in-​easy out. Good service.

Only place in town for dedicated internet access. Good coffee and service!
