Purchased 3 appliances here. Had problems with wrong parts being delivered and they did not sell parts to hook up frig. We had to find ourselves. Delivery guys super nice. Expressed how bad they felt and came back same day once right parts were obtained. Tried to express frustrations to owner but she kept interrupting and making excuses instead of just listening.
