Lowe’s

Is there a zero star button? Do yourself a favor and do NOT make any major purchases here, if you may ever need any kind of customer service, you won’t find it here. Their appliance dept is horrible. All major stores price match, so go with one that has better service than Lowes, because if it can go wrong, it will, and they don’t care.

Just lost a customer over a $ 3 paint sample! My husband and I picked up a paint sample yesterday because we are getting ready to paint the entire exterior of our home. Well we didn’t even open the sample knowing that it was the wrong color as soon as we brought it home. Well I thought my husband had thrown the receipt away and I tried to return the sample and pick up the right color that I also had my eye on yesterday. Well needless to say they would rather not accept the return and lose our business when we would have purchased all of our paint, supplies, and we were eyeing the new Samsung black stainless fridge and stove that we were going to purchase on Black Friday, but now they have lost that sale as well. Home depot definitely took care of us after we left. What a way to screw up! Very disappointed in how they handle customer service. We will now drive further for what we need. I also found the receipt, so now they can have their precious sample back as well. Probably thought I was lying about it.

We have had many great experiences with this store, and it’s employees. We live in Southern CA, and are not accustomed to such great customer service, and knowledgeable staff! (If you know what I mean?!) Everyone here goes out of their way to help you. Imagine that?!
We had exceptionally great help from their kitchen design guy, John! He helped us through every step of the way, with knowledge and a smile!

Best home improvement place in town! Friendly staff and extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

This Lowes in Lake Havasu is a very nice store.
It is clean, well stocked and there are plenty of employees available to help you. I can never figure out why there never seems to be anyone in it though… One has to wonder if it is because they placed it only about a mile from the Home Depot.
Anyhow, it is a nice store. The prices do seem to be a bit higher than Home Depot but they seemed to have migrated away from the basic home improvement customer and seem to be focusing on a more upscale customer.
There is room in my life for both Home Depot and Lowes. I hit the Lowes when I am looking for nicer stuff and home décor.
I am glad they are in town and we have more than one choice for our home improvement needs!

Very good staff and manager. everyone was ready to help without making you feel like your being pushed around. Very clean and friendly store. The bathrooms are very clean and nice to see them at the front of the store.

Thank God there is a Lowes in Havasu. A step up from Home Depot in regards to more stylish fixtures, hardware, lighting and even Garden. Other than that, they offer the same basic needs as Home depot. Z

Been to this Lowe’s a few times and it’s clean, well stocked and kinda what you would expect from a newer store. Very recently though I had a great experience in the garden center, very helpful service, lots of good information about care and planting of the Ocotillo I was purchasing. Plus, the garden center itself is really big and well stocked. Kinda surprising giving the dry climate.
A few months back they really came through for me with the «in stock» appliance policy. Needed a new frig on short notice and they delivered it about 2 hours after I purchased it.
