So 4 stars is for price, and space. Great little hotel for the night. Not anything fsncy. but it’s clean and spacious. The front desk was nice. Was previously a days inn. But know its called the lake place and its through the branch of knights in

Great little place! Yes, it’s a little old and not luxurious but I don’t know about anyone else, but I go to Havasu to be on the water all day and I go to the hotel room to shower and sleep after a looooong day in the sun :). No need for a posh resort. This place was inexpensive, easy to book(during spring break, mind you), has friendly, accommodating staff and a great shower! Our room is equipped with AC, fridge, microwave, iron, hair dryer and coffee maker. Beds are comfy and room is clean. I would stay here again for sure!

This place surprised us! While driving up, I thought, ‘oh great, where has my husband booked us this time?!’ But, for such an inexpensive location, it was clean, and their pool area is quite nice! Beds were ok. Bathrooms were clean but the towels were a bit threadbare. Again, for what we paid, a-ok. We had no trouble with the wi-fi. Call the office, they give you the log-in code.

So this is *not* a luxury establishment by any stretch of the imagination. If you’re looking for fancy and pampered, don’t go here. What they do provide is large, spacious, well-appointed rooms, several notches above your regular Day’s Inn, who seem to want to be their main competition. It used to be a Best Western, apparently, and it shows, and is perhaps showing its age a little, but it is clean, with a lovely courtyard and swimming pool. The beds are also a lot more comfortable than those of the Day’s Inn I’d spent the previous two nights on. Location-wise it is fairly off the beaten track, which is great because it is relatively quiet for a budget hotel. Others have mentioned that you pretty much get what you paid for, and I’d go as far as to say that you get quite a bit more than you paid for. Would happily go back again. The only downside was the WiFi, which worked quite well with my Macbook Pro, but didn’t play so nicely with my iPad.

Great value, but of course you get what you pay for. My room was spacious. Very clean. Bed was below average. Microwave and fridge provided. Coffee maker, iron, blow dryer all provided. Quiet, did not hear neighbors above or next door. Biggest disappointment was the complimentary breakfast. Choice of a bear claw or muffin. That was it! No cereal. No juice. Not even coffee! All in all, a comfortable place to stay.

Pretty clean, not expensive, and easy to book. Couldn’t ask for too much more. Maybe some pressure in the showers, but honestly it’s a motel and I’ve seen much worse than that! Plus it was a quick drive to whatever weird stuff Lake Havsu had to offer. ie. strange London Bridge, water sports, etc. The beds were comfy and the room was clean. We got here really late but there was someone in the office 24 hours so it wasn’t a problem. Would definitely recommend as a place to sleep on a road trip :)
