We dropped in for a Saturday workout, paid the drop in and got a t shirt. It was an amazing workout and all the trainers and people were amazing! We will be back to visit them whenever we are in Lake Havasu. We can’t say enough about this box, Liz and mark were awesome coaches. I would recommend this place to anyone!!!

We continue to workout at LH Crossfit. The community is excellent and the coaching is great. Brian has developed a programming system that anyone can enjoy. If your in the LH area and are looking to improve your health and fitness you need to get in this place. Regardless of your age, weight, fitness level, this is the place and they will help you accomplish your goals. Brian has incorporated the use of Coaches Eye to help provide a visual aid for coaching and it is awesome. Keep up the great work LH Crossfit

Dropped in while visiting and they were phenomenal! Great coaching and everyone was extremely friendly. Set high standards for when visiting other boxes. Definately going to be coming back on our next visit.

Great place! Dropped in from CrossFit CDR in SoCal and Liz and Brian were great coaches to meet! Awesome programming. Good WOD on 4th of July. Liz coached and I love it when coaches demo the movements and explain everything. They had everything a crossfitter needs. I called ahead to make sure I could drop in and left a message and Brian called me back ASAP! If you are in town visiting come by this box!

Walked in while on vacation, 10 dollar fee, I was treated great. Nice, clean gym (box). I would go back 100 percent.
