On 5−15−14 we visited our local store. I have been to this store many times but I have never felt so welcomed and helped in my entire life. Yolanda helped me out right away. I was in the shoe department, she showed me everything I needed to know about the dress shoes I was about to purchase. I needed slacks also so she offered to take me to the section and shoe me different styles, colors, sales and was just all around knowledgeable. It didn’t end there, she had saved us so much time that I was able to buy my girlfriend some new shoes also (because she needs them haha). She handed us off to Brittany in the shoe department who was very helpful and was able to help is finish our checkout. I have worked in the retail and service industry my who life, and I was blown away by the way I felt when I left!!! Completely made our evening end on a positive note!

This JCPenney is by far the nicest JCPenney I have ever been in! Can be hard to find a sales person, that is why I did not give it 5 stars.
It has a huge selection and if you buy on sale you can get some great prices!
Parking is close by and you rarely experience a line at check out.
This Penney’s is way better than I have found in the larger cities like Phoenix or in Southern California.
Definately worth shopping here!
