Hang Time Garage Doors & Openers

Called to get an estimate to replace my garage doors (one was hit by a car). Talked to Toby and he said he would call me when he looked at it. Never got a call. I called late into the day (4:30 pm) to see if he just forgot to call. He said he never made it and was on his way to look at it. He never showed and never called. Its like he didn’t want or need my business. Very poor customer service.

I arrived to Lake Havasu on Friday, and was leaving on Monday, so we needed to get our boat storage door fixed on Friday, I called around nobody seemed to answer or return our calls, but them… They came to look at our storage doors issues within an hour I think, I thought we need to replace the parts to make the doors up and down, but they said we don’t need to, they just lubricated the top of the front and the back door, now both doors are working and charged us $ 70! so we gave them $ 100 and tell them to buy beers. Amazing, and they were very honest! They didn’t have us replace the expensive parts that we didn’t need. We are very happy with their service and honesty, we will definitely use them again! Thank you.

Great guys to work with. I called for a door adjustment they were within the hour and had it fixed and as an extra he had a remote for my doors. I am very happy with HANG TIME. Thanks Guys

Wife called today to have garage springs replaced, and they were here in about two hours. They were very quick, professional, and reasonable. I highly recommend them.

I called yesterday and setup an appointment for today between 8:00AM and 9:00AM to fix or replace my broken garage door opener. The company owner, Toby, called this morning at 9:00AM to let me know that he was running a little late. He arrived about 10:00AM and quickly diagnosed the problem.
My opener was very old, so I opted to go with a new one, rather than doing a repair job. Toby installed a Genie belt drive unit with two remotes for a total cost of $ 353 (parts and installation). The install took a couple of hours and the unit works great. I can’t believe how quiet it is. Toby made sure I was happy with the job and that everything was working perfectly.
I will definitely use Hang Time in the future for any garage door issues and will recommend them to others. Customers should be aware that Toby drives an unmarked blue truck and doesn’t wear any type of uniform.

I highly recommend hang time. Owner was knowledgeable, friendly, fast, affordable. I had a new opener and rollers installed. Belt drive was a huge difference.
