Wait person was friendly and there wasnt anyone in the drive thru line… ordered small oreo blizzard, small caramel salted blizzard, and a medium chocolate shake… over 12 bucks… seemed overpriced

Extremely friendly and good a perfect Blizzards.

Let’s be honest, you don’t go to Dairy Queen for the food. Lots of different ice cream choices though.
4 stars for fast food standards.

Horrible. This place is dirty and very expensive for what it is. Every time we go there there’s a long wait for fast food. Twice we have gotten sick from there. The only reason I gave it one is because the ice cream is tasty. Four dollars for an 8 ounce cup is ridiculous.

Ok so I’ve been to this place for years. Never a problem. Whenever we want a treat we usually go at night and get it. It’s that simple. We’re happy.
The other day was unusual because my sister was in town. Anyways. We went for some ice cream. Around 2pm. I had my small French bulldog with me I decided to pick her up out of the car and walk in. (Nobody is in DQ) The manager lady gives me a bad look immediately and says IS THAT A SERVICE DOG? Wtf do you think? She’s less than 20 pounds. I say no I’m sorry she isn’t.
She says: NO DOGS ALLOWED IN HERE UNLESS THEY ARE SERVICE DOGS READ THE SIGN.
I take the dog immediately out and hand it to my sisters boyfriend. I’m looking for any sign… so I walk the building… no signs?
I go back in without the dog to get my order. I see the manager again and say to her I sorry I didn’t see any signs outside saying that?
She says: SOMEONE MUST OF REMOVED THEM. I say ok that’s fine. but there’s a nicer way of going about it don’t you think?
She says:
HAVE A NICE DAY! SOMEWHERE ELSE!
I say are you the manager?
She says: YES.
Wow? Really? Unbelievable. The service in this town is mind boggling at times. No wonder places come and go in a blink.
It’s hard to say the place is all bad I’ve been coming here for years, never had a problem. That’s why they get 3 stars. Thank the staff for that.

Friendly staff and delicious desserts! Make sure you look for coupons in the shopper and other magazines. They are in front of the store. Join the blizzard club online and save. Make sure to join all the clubs and punch cards. It can help you save $ more so if you have little ones. The kids meal come with a ice-​cream treat!

Avg. nothing great. Nothing bad. Slow at times but everything is made to order.

I was greeted by a very nice young lady at the counter. In fact, all the young people working here are courteous and very helpful. I was on my way home to Phoenix from Las Vegas and stopped through LHC, didn’t really see anything on the way through and decided to stop on the south side at the DQ. I’m glad I did, I had a very nice meal, the cheeseburger and fries were hot and tasty, and I had a Peanut Buster Parfait for dessert. Yum! YUM! I will definitely stop here again.

Pleasant happy people, next door to drive thru coffee shop. Way over priced! Good for a quick grub. Not much on the south end of havasu, this is where you get your blizards and ice cream cones fer sure. Just sucks they are so overpriced,

This DQ is a little dirty, well… more than a little. But it’s the only one in town. Just do like me, suck it up, try not to notice and enjoy your Blizzard.
