I only gave 4 stars because I did not have any work done. I recently called these guys just to get information on possible internet service providers in the area. They were extremely helpful, informative, and nice. The guy spent at least 10 minutes explaining my options to me. When I need work don’t this will be my first stop.

I recently took my Macbook Pro and my iMac for repair.
I was greeted with a friendly voice and professionalism. My technician, Mo, was great. After looking further into the problems I had with my Macbook Pro, he determined that although my laptop was out of warranty, because of a known defect, Mac will likely repair it for free, or at least for a cheaper amount than what he would charge.
What a guy! He was so honest that he actually told me to go to Mac first!
He repaired my iMac and it works superbly!
