If I can give them 0 star, I will do that. The worst costumer service. They took my money, and I wasn’t able to go because of the snow storm, and now I can’t get my money back:(they keep transfering me on the phone and put me on hold forever :(

My family found this resort to be affordable and fun. We heard of this place through word of mouth and took a chance on it and were not disappointed. We plan to visit again.
