Copper Penny Lounge

Didn’t at all expect to be pleased with the restaurant in a hotel let alone this one. But the food was great and the wings were some of the best I’ve had. The atmosphere is cool with the fireplace and the soft chairs too.

What a great little place, definitely needs an update but the round room and round fireplace are very cool. In a dive, dirty hotel I wasn’t expecting to find a nice restaurant inside. Really good food, exceptional service, girls were friendly, polite and engaged in conversation, make you feel very welcome. It’s really a shame, the hotel isn’t up to the standards of the food here, updates are understandable but cleanliness is a simple fix. Copper Penny is a great find! Stop in for the food, don’t stay at the hotel…

The food was ok as well as the drinks nothing extraordinary. The décor is nice with the penny tables and the indoor fireplace.

Well, where do I start, we flew in for the nascar race. Got a cab to drop us off at the hotel. The hotel is very old and outdated, but… The people are very friendly. It was 11:50pm and we didn’t have a car. When checking in we found out that almost everything is closed around and the place for delivery wasn’t picking up the phone. This super nice woman named Tara over heard us looking for something to eat, and offered to take us to wawa to get a sub. We took her up on in. I tried to give her money for food, gas, cigarettes. WhaTevrr and she wouldn’t take a thing, super nice!!! Makesure u give her a shout when coming out there!

What a delightful discovery! We made reservations at the Quality Inn because it was along our route never expecting to find a great establishment offering Southern hospitality, delicious libations, and yummy food. Thanks, Patti, for making our visit extra special.

You cannot beat the atmosphere at The Copper Penny — the fireplace and cozy tables nearby, pool table, and a vintage pac-​man table! Super Fabulous Service! AND delicious food! My husband and I spent 4 days at The Quality Inn in Lake Harmony where The Copper Penny is. We ate dinner there 2 of our 3 night’s. Wonderful wings, great Caesar salad, fantastic fried ravioli, delish kielbasa, and even the cheesesteak, tho not on a good crusty roll that one would hope and expect, was still yummy. There were drink specials every night too. Certainly if you are staying at the Quality Inn, I would recommend not leaving the building and eating your meals here. And since this hotel is less than a mile off of the Turnpike, if you need a place to RELAX and have a good meal while on the road, I recommend driving 2 minutes east on Rte 940 to the Quality Inn’s Copper Penny for a great experience!
