Forever 21

Was totally ripped off. Purchased a bunch of clothing at Forever 21 and when I got home and checked my receipt I saw that one of the shirts I purchased and paid for wasn’t in the bag. Went back to tell the manager and he said once you walk out of the store, too late.
Horrible management, crowded store, nasty register girls, never going back.

This review is for the new renovated store. This store is now a zoo! Ok, first let me say that there is now a plus sized section. Which is great because I see alot more variety of people than just tiny teeny-​boppers. Lol. The styles are great. Bigger shoe selection. Everything is so organized. HOWEVER, for such a big & trendy store there should be more registers. The line is always a 30 minute to one hour wait everytime I shop here. If you suffer from impatience, shop early in the morning! To sum this up I think the new store is great. Other than the long lines, I believe the store renovation is a good look. Happy shopping!

This store is a pain in the a$$, but in a good way. You need to devote at least two hours to this store. An hour for sorting through the disastrous mess because there is no sense of organization here, and then another hour to try everything on because they only allow you to bring in six items at a time. Also, they don’t let you share a dressing room with your friend! Sometimes you need that opinion, but you will just have to rely on the mirror for this place. The customer service is hit or miss. You will come across the people who absolutely hate working in retail and then you have others like the few I experienced today who were extremely friendly and made my return process VERY hassle free. Cheap but so is the quality.

To start, I LOVE Forever 21. It’s so affordable and a wide selection. As for employees, they seriously need to step it up. Thank god for them, that I’ve worked at a Forever 21 in a different country and understand how Forever 21 works or else I’d think the place is in chaos.

Cheap prices but it’s always messy. Clothes are sometimes damaged. There are always long lines for the cashiers and for the changing rooms. But hey… is it me, or are a lot of forever 21s like this anyways?
