Local favorite! Tuesday’s are fish taco and the bartenders are the best! Love us some Connie and Brenda! The food is delicious and the prices are right! Great music and always a fun time!

While in town for an Irish dance competition, we chose Next Door Pub based on reviews. We weren’t quite an enthralled as previous reviewers, but our dinner was pretty good overall. Our waitress did an excellent job until it got busy, and then she had too many tables to provide great service to everyone, which we pin on the owner/​manager, not her.
The meat lasagna was excellent. On the recommendation of our waitress, I got marinara sauce instead of meat sauce on top. Good call. The marinara has an excellent flavor, and large pieces of tomato that taste amazing with the cheesy lasagna. The kids enjoyed their pizza, and my husband said the burger was decent.
We went so keen on the ambience. Just not our cup of tea. Everything looked cheap, from the tables and chairs to the items on the table. Kind of felt like I was eating at a kitchen at a kids’ summer camp, from the noise to the décor to the lackadaisical service. So, not bad. Not great. OK. We’ll go elsewhere when back in Lake Geneva.

Place was great, good food.
The Lemon cake was amazing.
Staff was polite and attentive.
Will be back again.

The food was fantastic and affordable. We were in Lake Geneva on vacation and heard about Next Door Pub. The place is small and yes it is loud but the food and prices make up for it. I had the lasagna and my wife had the roast beef sandwich and everything was great and the food came out fast. The night before we tried to order take out for a large group and was told it would take about a hour and a half but it was Saturday night.

This place is great. Great atmosphere and great food. Service was quick and friendly. I had the rib eye steak sandwich and it was amazing. Would definitely visit again.

Great lunches daily. Always crowded. Great bar, pasta and pizza.

Pizza-​to-​go was a no-​go.
I called Next Door to order a pizza to go. Was put on hold. Girl came back and asked for my order. When I asked if there were any specials she said yes. There was a discount available for the «text club» members. I asked if I could sign up now, she said yes. She asked someone in the background what the text club number was and then put me on hold again. She came back and said «No one here knows the number». Really?
I started to order and was put on hold again. After a total of 11 mins, I still wasn’t able to even start ordering. That’s an eternity when you’re on hold on the phone. When the girl returned to take my order, I told her there wasnt going to be an order and explained why. There are plenty of other pizza options in L.G. and being put on hold 3 times is not good business.
Next Door Pub Mgmt — your pizza is good, but it’s not worth that much frustration for a simple phone-​in order. Need to step up your customer service a notch or lose your loyal customer base.

Let’s just say, it’s not a place I would refuse to go back to, but it’s not a place I would go out of my way to visit. Server was good, pizza was good, employee that got my refill had the «who cares» attitude.
And walked around like he didn’t have respect for customers. $ 10 it’s the owners son.

We have ordered here many times. Never any complaints. People are always friendly. Food is always delicious. There is so much to choose from i never know what to get. So i get a little of everything and save some for later. Haha

Stopped in with some friends based on a lot of hype on this place. We had chicken wing appetizers, and we all tried different dinners: pastas, a burger, and some pizza.
The only thing worth mentioning was the pizza.
Service was HORRIBLE. I’ve never, EVER been literally forced out of a restaurant. We were buying drinks, desert, etc… each time they brought something they brought a bill! They kept taking plates and offering to-​go boxes while we were still freaking eating!
Seriously?
They wanted us to go… so we definitely won’t ever go back. There are FAR better venues in Lake Geneva, save the hassle — go there instead!

This is one of my go-​to restaurants in the area, the menu is a little big but the food is solid. Their wings and pizza are by far the best items on the menu. The staff is great, the drinks are cold and the bartenders are awesome. This will continue to be one of my favorite places in Lake Geneva to eat!

They have a large menu. We ended up eating in the bar which was very loud, but being a Friday night, not surprising.
Bartenders were fast and friendly! I ordered a mushroom and Swiss burger because it said they won for «best burger in walworth county». Not so true! Not bad, but definitely not the best.
My daughter orders spaghetti which she said was good and portion was huge!
I’d come back but would order something else next time.

Great food for a great value. We got the Sunday wing special. Wings were awesome. They had a ton of different flavored. Great reasonable prices too. Would go back next time we are in town. And the waitress was so nice.

I pulled into Lake Geneva on a family vacation. I went to get fuel at a local gas station and asked where the all the locals eat. She have me directions to the Next Door Pub. This place has a giant menu. We have not had a bad meal yet. Pizza is amazing, a pub pretzel is a must. The burgers are great, Italian hot beef is a bomb. The service is awesome.

Went there again today with my wife and adult son — Got there 30 min wait — to be expected for lunch on a Sunday. Put our names on the wait list and popped into the bar section. Opened a tab with a beer and a soda, wife wasn’t thirsty yet. Later ordered a mac cheese with bacon pizza for an appetizer — Incredible. For our meal the wife had a big plate of spaghetti and meat balls, side salad, my son had a huge sandwich — the barn yard brawler — with fries and I had a second beer with Guinness battered cod with a cup of cheddar soup. All of it was excellent and quite tasty. A real bargain at $ 56.
Been here several times — the service is always fast and friendly and the food is always great. The menu has a large selection of items. If I was forced to pick only 1 place I could eat out at again this would be it.

Great food, great service! Timber lodge made a great recommendation. The place was packed and they still got us seated in 5 minutes.

So the food is awesome and the service is even better.
I’m having the Mushroom & Parmesan Ravioli tonight. It was great. My boyfriend ordered the Carolina Pork Sandwich. Also super awesome.
The only downside? Everyone (local and tourist) knows about The Pub, so it is usually packed! We have come in for food on more than one occasion and couldn’t find a place to sit in the bar.
I honestly thought about giving The Pub one star, so we could get seats more often. But it is too good to lie about.
Speaking of the bar… The bartenders are amazing! Connie is my favorite, but they are all attentive and fun.

Outstanding pizza — we had the meatball pizza special. Highly recommend it!
Sat at the bar and the bartender was super friendly. Pretty good beer selection.
Will return if ever in the area again!

Tip: go here to get away from tourists. Good selection at bar. One is a local LG brewer called… lake Geneva brewery.
Solid food. Pizza, burgers and pastas.
Sunday is their wing special.
Opened a small patio for waiting /​appetizers
Also lasagna nite is Wednesday. $ 7.95 and it comes with salad. Da bomb!
