I usually try to keep my reviews positive on here. I had a good experience with my son using Weil so when my ankle was bothering me I tried them. I liked the Doctor. She was a sweetheart. However, the billing department is another story. Rather than seeing if it was cheaper for me to pay out of pocket they automatically sent to my insurance which covered nothing. I received a bill for $ 355 for a 15 minute appointment. I called and asked why so much and they said if I had paid out of pocket it would have been significantly less. So I said fine, they messed up so I’ll pay what it would have cost. Essentially they said to me we don’t want to take less so pay in full and that is that. Just to be clear I paid them a small fortune for my son earlier in the same year. Literally 7 appointments and a small surgery. Then this. No loyalty, no compassion. Just a big business where patients don’t matter. I had a great foot doctor who unfortunately passed the year before way too young which is why I was here. This would not have happened with him. So if you want corporate BS this is the place for you. Otherwise, go somewhere they treat you like a person. Lastly, I just want to reiterate I liked my Doctor and would see her again if she worked somewhere else. I’m so stubborn about about this I’ll wait for a collection and pay the amount I should have had to pay. I have perfect credit but this is a matter of right and wrong.
