The offer very competitive prices and prompt service. We dropped off my brother’s car here and they went above and beyond to repair his car. Everything they stated was what was delivered. I highly recommend this to anyone looking to get their car serviced.

These are the guys (and guyette) my family trusts with our cars! They are honest, competent and able to handle most repairs for our cars that are no longer in warranty (Infiniti FX35, Saab 93, Mercedes 450SL). They’ve kept our cars well maintained at very reasonable cost. Most important they accurately diagnosed and repaired our cars when the dealers wanted to replace entire systems (transmission when all we needed was a new radiator), and sell us unneeded repairs.
Roger is terrific and beyond fair and knowledgeable. I’m not sure why some people have a negative reaction to Stephanie who is at the front desk. She’s been genuinely responsive in assisting us and quite friendly. They’ve directed us to other excellent auto suppliers that included getting body work done, and repainting one of our cars (came out fabulous and looks brand new after two years).
And, of course, we got good deals on tires that have lasted for years and tens of thousands of miles.

I have been going to USA Express for many years. Stephanie & Roger are AWSOME. Thanks so much for everything.

They are very honest and find issues that the dealership overlooks. Great customer service and can explain the service your car needs and why. I’ll be coming back!

Long story short: Stephanie is a life saver who gave great service and an even better price!
Long story long: My car has been having trouble starting for a few weeks. I thought it was the battery and when we replaced it, the problem seemed to have went away. One Friday, I start my car before work and noticed how weak it was to start. I ignored the problem and went to work anyways. When I was finally off around 7PM, I stop by a Chevron to fill up my tank. After I fill up my tank, I try to start my car one more time and it just wouldn’t start. I tried everything I could to get it to start again but I was completely stuck at this gas station. I called my brother for help and he drives the 18 miles from where we live to this gas station to help me. We noticed a there was a Good Year right across the gas station but it closed at 5 and it was now pass 8. As we were on the phone with the towing company, we noticed a lady walking out of Good Year. My brother and I ran at her like a couple of mad men. She smiled at us, told us her name is Stephanie, and listened to our story. She offered to keep the car overnight, do a check up in the morning, and call me in the morning to let me know the issue. I was completely fortunate that Stephanie was there so late at night since it was nearly 9PM and Good Year closes at 5PM! Turns out, she keeps her pet lizards theree and came in late to feed them. Lucky me for those lizards!
I received a phone call the next day letting me know it was the starter, the price, and estimated time it would take. The price was higher than I thought it’d be, so they offeres to use a different branded starter which brought the price down significantly. I asked them to also do an oil change they happily agreed and went straight to work.
After a couple of hours, my brother drops me off at the Good Year to pick up my car. I was greeted by Stepahnie with a smile and a mention of my name. We exchanged pleasantries and she gave me my invoice. I looked at the price and it was even lower than I was expecting. Stepahnie was able to add a bit more of discount. I definitely appreciated the gesture!
As I was driving home, I noticed the oil change wasn’t included in the invoice. I called Stephanie to confirm if they were able to do it. Turns out they forgot, but Stephanie offered a free oil change right then and there the next time I came in. Talk about excellent customer service and instant gratification!
All in all, I think people like to go on Unilocal to find a mom and pop auto shop to get the lowest price. I can definitely assure you that you’ll be getting a very competitive price if you come to this Good Year and ask for Stephanie. I’m confident she’ll take care of you!

Couldn’t be happier with the service I receive whenever I bring my Chevy Tahoe into USA Express. Most recently I had new brakes done, I’ve been coming here for a few years now and won’t go anywhere else. Roger and Steph are the best. Their friendliness and professionalism put you at ease immediately. I can always trust in the information they provide and workmanship of the service performed here. They also understand that auto service is never convenient so they are always as quick as possible. If you are looking for a new service location this is definitely it!

Excellent service by Roger Mattar and his crew. I’ve been coming to this shop for all my tire and auto service needs for many years with nothing but positive results. Roger always goes out of his way to make sure his customer is satisfied with the work done along with very competitive rates.

I have been taking all my family vehicles here for years even though it is a bit of a drive for me and there are definitely places closer to where I live. The reason it is worth the drive is because of the excellent service and reliable repairs that I get there. It’s hard to find a repair shop that you can trust and I have found it here. Rodger the manager, and Stephanie have both provided consistently good service and have always taken the time to thoroughly explain the issue at hand and the repair options available without any high pressure up-​selling. Highly recommended!

What a treasure to find such an honest, reliable and flexible shop willing to solve my automotive problems and upkeep within my budget. I recommend this place big time. Ive been coming here for all of my car needs for 10 years plus. Roger, the manager, is amazing. Steph, at the front desk, is super nice. They dont rip you off and are very knowledgable. Very trustworthy.

I was a little confused when I first arrived, since the place is inside the tire shop with the huge Goodyear banner on the front. However, everything after that went as smoothly as it could have. There was no wait at 8:30 AM on a Friday, and the guy was very helpful. I got my oil changed and tires rotated for less than $ 40, with the discount and because my canisters required an extra charge. He initially estimated a 1.5 hr service time, but managed to cut it down to under an hour after I mentioned I had to be at an appt. Very good service and great price! There is also a waiting room with a coffee setup.

Thankful. I recommend to everyone! It was first oil changing experience and it was easy to me. They explain me every details and free diagnosing.

1. Sell me the road hazard tire protection plan without my permission, 22 bucks.
2. Take away my half-​way worn tire and charge me 7 dollars recycling fee. I think this is the amount you should pay me for the tire.
Will never trust this brand again，scam.

It’s not USA’s fault that you CAN’T read a coupon properly. And you didn’t say what kind of car you own, but if it requires synthetic oil, you can barely buy a quart of it for that price. Some Mercedes, for example, take 8.5 quarts of a high end synthetic oil, PLUS the filter. Hope you were not trying to rip off an honest business.
And since you’re mad at someone else for your ignorance, get all the facts prior to blowing off steam. Val Pak coupons explain what the coupon does and does not cover.
I love people who believe that if their ego was not satisfied to their expectation, they must write a nasty review against a reputable shop.

This my first and last experience with USA Express Tire & Service.
I first called Goodyear corporate office for a warranty on a tire that was put on my new car. I got a flat driving into work on a brand new Honda I got less then three days ago. This shop was very close to me and it was recommended by them. Maybe I should of gone somewhere else. I had heard bad things about them from some coworkers, but it was so close by. It was recommended by Goodyear. So after getting the spare installed I drove over.
When I got there, the lady up front came out to look at my tire. I took the tire out from my trunk and we inspected it. As we looked at it we found a puncture on the side wall. I asked if this was under warranty and she replied that it was not. She said It must of been a nail or something that punctured it. I told her that it looks like a defect and she said maybe but not under warranty. What are the odds of something hitting the side wall and what are the odds of a defective tire. Nope not under warranty. She did not even try to talk to Goodyear corporate office. All she wanted to do was sell me a tire.
I took the car to my Honda dealer and they told me the tire had blown. That most likely it was a defective tire. I had to ask him again and he replied with most likely a defective tire. I had to call Goodyear Corporate to get a refund. They did not want to refund my repair even after sending the bill with a comment from the tech blown tire. After some debate back and fourth I got my tire paid for. If this lady at USA Express Tire did her job I would of not had to go through this. If she is not qualified to analyse a blown tire she should send someone else to look at it. I guess they are more interested in making a profit then honoring a warranty.
The lady upfront is rude. She acts like she is doing the customer a favor. I had heard from other coworkers that she gives them a hard time when they use coupons. I for sure will not be going back to goodyear.

I like to do some tinkering on my own vehicle except the oil (which is probably the easiest to do) because I hate dealing with the old oil/​exchange and storing oil container. It’s flat out messy and never figured out a good way to deal with it.
With that said I looked for coupons for oil change locations. Low and behold found this place for $ 15 off. Changing oil is a no-​brainer so it can’t hurt to get a good deal at the same time. It’s always the up-​sell at Jiffy or other «oil change» shops that I can’t stand.
Took the truck in a little before 9:00 am and almost all bays were full so I knew there would be a little wait. They open at 7:30 am and was thinking I should have gotten there a little earlier. Manny set me up and did the paperwork. There are couple of places to get food & coffee in the parking lot. So I turned over the keys and walked around a bit. Came back about an hour later and the truck was still up on the lift so I asked if they could check the spare tire pressure for me while it was there. No problem.
Manny found me about 5 minutes later and let me know about the brakes and tire pressure. No up-​sell needed as I like to do the brakes myself (weird since I don’t want to do the oil but it’s my thing so I don’t care if he was judging). He actually gave me props on the upkeep of the vehicle.
I’m definitely a fan of this shop and a lot had to do with Manny and his attitude that I’ll be a return customer. I’d recommend them.
