My family recently had a private party at Seasoned and it was fabulous. The staff and owners were very accommodating and allowed us every request we had including playing our own music, having an open bar, bringing in our own desserts, and moving tables to have a TV display a video. They created a buffet prix fixe menu out for us per person attending and it was delicious food and very reasonably priced. The Tiger panko battered shrimp is amazing! I also enjoyed the Genovese pasta and their signature teriyaki chicken. We had it in a buffet with streamed rice– tasty. We took home the leftovers and were enjoying them for rest of the weekend. I highly recommend using seasoned for lunch, dinner, or a private event. They are conveniently located in walking distance of St. Patrick Church, and they would be a great fit for social events or gathering after being at the church. I haven’t tried it yet, but their new brunch menu on Sundays looks really yummy! I can’t wait to check it out.

Name of the restaurant should be «Seasoned, but only with teriyaki and Japanese mayo». Tacos with teriyaki, meatballs with teriyaki, pasta with teriyaki. The only thing that looks remotely non teriyaki edible is the spaghetti and meatballs on the kids menu. Can’t order it though. They literally refuse to take your money as a customer when ordering what you want. The vision of the chef who made up the menu goes as far as that silo of teriyaki sauce and Japanese mayo they obviously got on sale from Costco and are trying to use I’m the general time of expiration. Split pea soup… has the unmistakable flavor of canned peas. Right down to that salty, slightly metallic after taste. The ham in the soup? Spongy, processed miniscule cubes of a ham flavored substance served in the same cup they serve coffee. Ordered 5 separate items and sent back 4. Hopefully you are a lot smarter then I and actually read Unilocal BEFORE wasting your time here. Pity, I am a big supporter of locally owned business. Not this one.

Great place! Owned by a great family and service and wine selection was fabulous. They have menu diversity bordering on insanity, and edging disjointedness, but honestly, it was so refreshing to not have such a heavy handed themed restaurant experience that it didn’t bother me at all. It sucks at restaurants where they deny access to delicious food stuffs and parts of the pallet simply because it is against their thematic food vision. Fuck that. Seasoned will serve you Macaroni and cheese fries things and teriyaki tacos? Hell. fucking. yes. Totally not a thing you could get anywhere else. In short: good vibes, good food, not afraid to shake shit up. tiz the Seasoned to be eating falalalala-lalalala.(you guys can use that if you want, just know I said it first here! Lol)

I suggested to my family that we try this place, and I sincerely regret I ever made the suggestion. I have lost all influence when it comes to restaurant recommendations. The food was the absolute worst I’ve ever had, and that phrase is not an exaggeration or prone to hyperbole in this case. Every dish the 4 of us ordered was gag worthy: split pea soup’s flavor profile was grossly acidic and inedible, meatballs tasted like alpo, salmon Caesar salad had burned salmon on top of a basically straight lemon dressing(and I love lemon, but it was bad), shrimp/noodle dish made my sister ill, and the potato leek soup tastes like a cheap Campbell’s knock off with 10% of the flavor. We couldn’t finish. We tried to take the salmon home for our dogs, but a family member ended up ditching it in a nearby trash can because we couldn’t even give it to the dogs. We spent a pretty penny only to leave disgusted. We literally got to the car and placed a take out order to another establishment. I am surprised to see the inflated reviews and am lead to the conclusion that they must be employees/stakeholders/bought.

Went here last night after a play at the Marriott with my parents & brother. Bad choice. We had been here once before and liked it. However last night I got the feeling that they wished we hadn’t come. Our waiter, who was obviously new, left in the middle of our meal and had we not asked the waitress taking care of the next table for our salads we would still be waiting. During the meal, they never came over to see how things were, refill drinks or check on us in any manner. The food was good, not great. The quantities were really small for entrees(we didn’t order tapas but the portions resembled them). There are lots of really good restaurants on the North Shore with great service. I think I’ll go to these in the future instead of Seasoned.

The food was delicious and the service was good. I had to wait a while for the meal but it was worth it. I would definitely come back again.
