I’m not surprised this place is closed right now. It would be nice to A. see a greater management team turn it around but I don’t see that happening or B. just shut down and have someone who knows what they’re doing open up a new, successful establishment. It was sad to see the severe decline in pride in their place but they might be paying the price now. Live and learn.

Just an awful experience! My wife and I went there for lunch on a Sunday and we’ll never go back. There was only 1 bartender/​waiter there and he wasn’t even a real employee. Poor guy didn’t know anything about the menu or the drinks, so he had to go check with the cook about any/​every question. I ordered a club and it wasn’t very good. The bacon was overcooked and the bread was rock hard. I went to use the restroom and here’s where it gets bad… no running water in either sink, no paper towels, so I cautiously go into the women’s restroom and thankfully 1 of the sinks had a faucet that worked. I run a business and I’ve gotta fault whoever the owner is here for truly piss poor management.

Terrible service by the server and the bartender’s attitude was sour. Long wait while the tables around us were served TWICE. It wasn’t even crowded.
We left and went somewhere else for dinner.

Evan and James are great servers and bartenders. Fun place to hang out and sit around their bar! A local hangout and one our faves!

I remember when Rudy’s first opened up by Target in Foothill. The place was packed. I think we even had to wait to be seated it was that crowded. The quality was there then. Now, this place is just sad.

Hadn’t been there in a few months, but decided to go and watch a playoff hockey game. The menus and food offerings had been updated which was a plus, but the nachos we ordered were just okay. The table decided to order a dessert (I know, you shouldn’t order dessert at a place like this). The only thing they had was chocolate cake, so we ordered one for the table. It showed up and the ice cream that was on the plate had crystallized, that’s how long it had to have been in their freezer. There were fruit flies/​gnats circling our heads the ENTIRE time we tried to enjoy our food and the game. The waitress repeated that she was new and «wasn’t sure» anytime we asked her a question about anything.
C’mon guys, it’s time to throw in the towel and give up the dream. Just close already before you’re shut down for a health hazard.

The only thing I like about this place are the happy hour specials and the Thai chili tempura chicken strips (crunchy, sweet, slightly spicy). Their service is pretty terrible. The last time I came here, the waitress brought out our food when we flagged her down after 30 minutes. Does it really take that long to make a wedge salad? To top it off, fish came out hot, chips came out cold. She didn’t really pay attention to our group for the last half of the night.
After paying our bill, we migrated to the bar (hoping for better service), the bartender took care of my party for the rest of the night. He was nice and provided great service. Now I know that service is better at the bar, I’ll probably spend more time there.

Upon walking in the restaurant we heard the f bomb coming out of the bar area while guys we’re watching sports. Kids we’re running around the place a it was pretty much empty. The service from Annie was OK and it seemed she was the only front end person in the place. It has a feeling of a local hangout and not a place to go and get a good meal. I remember the owner from the old location was more active and onsite more to help customers. Based on reviews and feed back from other it might be on it’s last leg.

Sorry to impose on your bar. Worst attitude by the two waitresses I’ve seen in years.
Asked for a Grey Goose martini, apparently no vodka at all except well drinks.
Asked for an IPA, only one of six on menu available. One guy asked for a Makers Manhattan and only Jack is available.
I guess they are in their way out. Last visit for me.

What a joke this place is. We came an hour after opening to grab an early lunch, when we walked in their were 0 staff in the front. The only person we could see was in the back prepping, when asked if they were open he said yah but only if someone decides to come in. Needless to say after 20 minutes of waiting for someone to show up to help us we decided to leave. Guess we should have called ahead of time to see if someone was working even though they are open.

Good food but horrible service!
My waiter never brought me the second beer I ordered, charged me 4 times as much as the fries were supposed to be and pretty much ignored me. I waited 15 minutes for him to come back with my bill and then ended up going up to the bar to pay. I won’t be back!

Fat bartender with the Miss Piggy thighs gives major attitude if you order anything they don’t stock even though most bars usually do. Not one single malt scotch brand at all. Really? Ok that’s cool, but don’t give me attitude just because I asked. I was looking for a nice local bar. This place has the most unwelcoming attitude and enviroment. Major douchebag vibe. I usually don’t play the race card but for the first time I actually felt uncomfortable and not wanted in a place. Stay away.

While the food is good, the service is hit or miss. Actually more miss than hit. Either there aren’t enough servers or if you’re not a regular you’ll be waiting a good minute. The food does keep me coming back.

First off our waitress seemed annoyed that we came in. We ordered our food after it seems we were pressured to get our order in. So the fries were cold. They take them back and microwave them and bring them back. I say something to the waiter and his response is «I didn’t do it «Advice to everyone, avoid this place like the plague. I wish I could give negative stars. TAMS guys stay away.

The service here has always been slow. The food is at best marginal. Everything has gone down hill since the move and that isn’t saying much

Avoid this place! I’ve been there about 5 times in the last 3 months. Worst service EVERY SINGLE TIME I GO than any other place. Always understaffed and you literally have to beg for service. No, it’s not because they’re packed. They act as if they’re doing you a favor when they bring you a drink or food and have the worst attitudes that I have ever seen in the customer service industry. This place is lousy with unprofessional employees. I thought at first I’d just caught them on a bad night but it’s been 5 times and it’s consistently horrendous service. They make you feel so unwelcome that it’s super uncomfortable. As if you’re an uninvited pest. I have never witnessed anything like it to date. AVOID THIS CRAP HOLE. There’s lots of places around that would love your money. Not this place.

Worst service ever. My server literally put her hand in my face when asking for the check. Aweful.

Never going back again! Manager rude! Waitress rude!
Our office went there for lunch, we were 20, there was maybe 5 clients already in the place, basically, it was empty.
The bread on my burger was not cooked, just warmed up in the microwave. It took my colleague 1 hour to get his nachos, he got his plate when everybody was leaving and they didn’t even give him a discount for the inconvenience. I should also mention that their pizza is so salty it is uneatable.
We booked the place 1 week in advance letting them know we would be 20.
The meal was not paid by the company, we were all paying ourselves. Because we were not paying with 1 credit card, the manager and the waitress were very rude and they made us fell what we were not welcomed and that we were «inconvenient».
Nobody was drinking alcohol, we were all very quiet and respectuful with the staff.

We live a mile away, so this is the closest thing we have for a sports bar nearby. When it first opened and Rudy was still part of ownership the service and food were both good and I’d have rated it a 4. Not so since they moved to there new location and Rudy left sometime before that. They are always understaffed, doesn’t matter when we go in there. The last time the waitress announced right off that it would be at least 45 minutes before we’d be able to get food. That would have been ok if in the meantime we could score a beer, but that was difficult. You’re supposed to be a sports bar, people expect to be able to get served, though, which is why they don’t just watch the games at home. Given this place or home I’m picking the latter.

We have been long term patrons — love the food, however, since they moved to the new location, the quality has been substandard. The restrooms are downright gross, doesn’t look like they have been cleaned all week. They were out of every bottle of beer, the sound system was down for the play off games. We drove 35 miles to watch the games at this location. Our group ordered the Kobe burger medium rare, the burger came out like a Hockey puck — had to send them all back.
Rudys — get your act together, this area needs you — hire a manager to turn this around. Your food is too good to let this place fail. We will continue to drive here to watch games, make it worth out while. this location rocks over the Newport location.

I’ve been here several times and I really want to like it but if the food isn’t good and the service is kind of random it’s hard to.
We’ve tried several burgers (greasy yuck), the mac (beyond ew) so I give up on food here. And the pricing on it is crazy as well.
There are lots of TVs to watch any sport you want and the drinks are good and reasonable so it has that going for it and the servers are super friendly but seriously if you go to eat stick to the fried happy hour stuff or you’ll be disappointed.
