My husband and I went into the florist this morning to buy sympathy flowers for a friend who’s mother had passed. When we walked in the store it was deserted. We called out for a few minutes before a woman came in through the back door. I explained we need help ordering a nice arrangement and we were given books to look through. I asked for advice and help three times and was told it was really up to me. She seemed annoyed with us and could care less about helping us. My husband and I could not believe her attitude so we left. We ended up at another florist in the city where we received excellent customer service. My daughter reminded me when I related the story to her that we had walked out of this same florist shop three years ago when we were shopping for flowers for her wedding for the same reason.

I just set up a regular delivery of flower arrangements to my son’s grave through this florist and they are amazing. Caring, compassionate, knowledgeable and every good descriptive word available. They were busy with Homecoming flowers but she didn’t rush me and took the extra time as I cried through most of the ordering process. They will even send me pictures as I live out of state. My heart hurts a little less today because of them. I would highly recommend Lake Forest Floral.

I found this florist on Unilocal and gave them a call to have some flowers delivered. The woman I spoke with was very friendly and helpful over the phone. She made the ordering process quick and easy.
Delivery was done within the timeframe requested and the arrangement was beautiful. I appreciated that I received a phone call from the florist to confirm the bouquet was delivered. My wife was extremely pleased with the gorgeous flowers. I’ll definitely be using this florist in the future.

I highly recommend Lake Forest Floral. I have been using them for years and they have always done an amazing job. I usually go into the store and the owner, Misty, is almost always there. You can get an already prepared arrangement or create a custom arrangement. Misty and her team have all types of flowers for any occasion and budget.

I love this florist! I got really tired of my grocery store flowers dying in 2 days or 6 days… You just never know how long they will last! I came in here, said I had $ 20, which is the same as the grocery store price, and received a amazing bouquet! So beautiful and creative! Most of the flowers ended up lasting 7 days, but some lasted 10 days and i was able to keep a nice small arrangement around after the majority died. Now I always come here and I really get a bang for my buck!

I used to live down the street from this shop and I never had too many issues. The customer service was always on point and helpful, especially on my sisters graduation day. They really came through with the bouquet. My only complaint is the quality of the flowers. On a couple occasions they supposedly had issues with the temperature gauge as the flowers were a little shriveled. I can’t complain since I was given a great deal and picked the best of the worst. All in all its a good place to run to when in need of quick flowers.

I ordered flowers for a new baby. The service was prompt and and they took care of everything in the same day. They texted me a photo of the arrangement and I was pleased to see a good sized arrangement. I was charged $ 50 for the arrangement and an additional $ 10 for delivery. With tax it was just under $ 65.

I came in to get some Sympathy flowers for my friend’s mom whose husband had passed. The gal behind the counter was very friendly. My friends mom loves the Star Gazer Lilly, I told her my budget was $ 50 she made a nice arrangement with SGL’s and some babys breath and ferns she wrapped it up in a bow. The boquet was very nice with six stems each stem had 2 – 3 lillies on it. I walked out taxes included for $ 58.00 and very happy with my choice.

My husband was out the country for Valentine’s day but made arrangements to have one of Lake Forest Floral Design’s bouquets delivered to me at home ($ 10 fee) on Valentine’s Day.
He placed his order online, was charged $ 75 total and got a confirmation email with his order number well in advance of Valentine’s Day.
Valentine’s Day comes, Valentine’s evening comes, Valentine’s NIGHT comes…
NO flowers come.
He had to break it to me that he made arrangements but that LFFD obviously didn’t come through on their part of the deal and he was very, very sorry. Way to ruin my dear husband’s attempts at making me feel his love from afar on Valentine’s Day — if you couldn’t fulfill his order, you should have at least called.
Because he is out of the country, I called the number listed here at 9PM last night leaving a voicemail stating I was very upset and that I would like an explanation why order (insert confirmation number here) was not delivered despite being confirmed/​paid for as well as a refund. I left my number requesting a call back today so we shall see how that goes.
Their location is near Bagels & Brew in the center off Trabuco and Lake Forest so if I do not get a call back, they will definitely get a visit from me.
I am not at all hard to please but I AM big on customer service and I can’t believe a florist would be so unprofessional as to take money & not fulfill orders AND not call to explain why or apologize.
