Hi-Tech Collision And Glass Centers

I too was rear ended and searching for a repair shop. AAA recommended 3 and this place had the only good review, so I made an appointment. They were patient, incredibly honest, and extremely helpful. I had tons of questions because it was my first accident, and the staff patiently explained the entire process and reassured kept me in the loop the whole time. They delivered on time — got my car back in 4 days — and it looked brand new! Thanks again!

The worst car repair shop I have ever used. I had to have my whole bumper and both head lights replaced; I came to get it after a ridiculous three weeks (they even had the parts there when I took it in, they just had to replace it.) I then had to wait an extra 30 minutes on site for them to fix the door which was not aligned correctly, which they said they ‘accidentally missed.’ I then pointed out the hood was not the same color, and they admitted they only painted half my hood! I brought my car back the next day so they could paint it correctly. This took another three days.
I had to then bring my car back a third time because the headlight they ‘replaced’ stopped working entirely.
Terrible service, rude employees, and lies. If you want your car fixed don’t take it to this shop that tries to rip you off at every turn.

I was rear-​ended and had minor damage to my car. For those who wash their own car, you’ll know what i mean when i describe it as enough to upset you when you run the sponge over the bumper. Yes, there was a nice dent and marks from the saturn vue’s front bumper. I should also mention that the driver attemped to flee the scene. That’s a story for another day though, but here is enough to give you an idea.
Even though it was doubtful that they would find the driver, or that they would have insurance, and finally that they would find fault against him, I received a surprise phone call 2 weeks later. Basically the police went to the guy’s house (i got his license plate as he drove away) and matched the damage from my car to his. Nice! Better yet, his insurance was going to pay! Awesome, no need to worry about my deductible.
I was given the choice of Caliber Collision or Hi-​Tech. Both have locations conveneint to me. I turned to Unilocal for some direction. Not many reviews about Hi-​Tech, but enough sub-​par reviews about Caliber Collision to make me avoid their shop entirely.
I was pleasantly surprised by how attentive the staff at Hi-​tech was. The office is very clean, welcoming and they go out of their way to service the customer. Vicki, who works the front desk is very attentive and seems to want to go the extra mile to take care of you. Ray, who helped take my information and setup the estimate was also very friendly. He even stayed after closing time so i could pickup my car.
Final verdict is that the repairs were done on schedule and i was informed the entire way. They even send emails with daily updates on the progress. Upon completion, my car was fully detailed and looked amazing.
