I would advise to shop elsewhere. These folks seem to be on the shady side. They’re OK when selling you a product but if you have an issue with it, expect the worst customer service you can get. There are more professional companies out there to work with.

Horrible customer service. Lonewulf product is faulty and would not return my email after only using product after 90 days.

Heidi was so frickin helpful, I really had no idea which vape to pick up. I’ve seen them in store and online. Heidi, recommended the Sutra Vape for my needs. Spent alot of time on the web, trying to find the lowest price, since she told me about Got Vape’s Low Price Guarantee.
I generally don’t try to take advantage of that feature everyone boasts, but I was able to redeem the lowest price with an On Page price feature, this was cool, saved 15 bucks!!! That’s a good start.
I added the 2 day air for extra and received as expected, professionally packed in a plane brown box, ddint alert anyone or raise my hand like hey everybody, I got a Sutra. Privacy is a concern for me.
Product worked as advertised, super happy, will be back in the future and would definitely tell a friend.

If you want lousy customer service look no further! The BBB rated this company a D– for a reason! You get your item, it breaks and they send empty promises of fixing it! Don’t waste your time!!! I went to eBay and not only found something cheaper, but a great seller with the same warranty as these guys. The only thing is gotvape says they have a warranty that they dont acknowledge when the time comes! Do your own research if you want… but save the headache for yourself, please :-)
