I love this Cosmoprof. I come here for all of my hair needs. The staff here is so sweet and kind, always greeting you immediately after walking into the store. I love the manager there. Not quite sure what her name is, but she’s the cutest. She calls everyone «babe» and «punkin» :)
I’ve been going here for a couple years and the girls have all known my son since he was in my belly! They always comment on how much he’s grown. I prefer this beauty supply over Salon Centric a few streets away, because of the great customer service I get! The staff at SC vs the staff at CP is like night and day. The only time I ever have to go to SC is when I need Pravana colors which CP doesn’t carry. I wish they would start!

The assistant manager at this location is a total bitch. She has a terrible attitude problem and is so rude and unhelpful. Everyone else is very nice but she just needs to go. She is rude to everyone I have seen her come in contact with and just really seems to hate her job. I hope the general manager is reading this and can work on her behavior or I will be taking my money else where.

I like this Cosmoprof out of the others. I come here with my mom who is a beautician. Service for us is decent. Sometimes we are asked if we need help or to look for something. There is one girl with red hair who is super nice. Sometimes the service is horrible, like our last visit. This blonde girl who worked cashier had no knowledge whatsoever about any of the products we asked about… Not even the popular ones that they are selling. She looked at us with a blank look on her face and kept saying «huh??» She should not be working here. i always like looking at all the products and want most of them lol. It is hidden in the back so it seems quiet and parking is always available.

Horrible customer service and no sense of consistency. Only been in twice and both times spent a good $ 300. But with the rude attitude I definitely will not be returning. I rather give business to to people who actually care.

Sometimes it’s good sometimes it’s bad. Customer service consistently sucks. ⁵⁰⁄₅₀ chance on them having what you need. Seems that every time I go there it’s more of a negative experience. I really feel there should be some attempt of professionalism and not such a Highschool hang out. I don’t care to hear about how tired you are to your coworkers or what you’re doing over the weekend. Best advice would be to call this location before driving there… Another negative is they never have what I need! I literally always call before coming just so I don’t waste my time. And this is now the only store carrying Framesi tsk tsk tsk now I’ll have to order directly from the maker!

Yesterday 5−3−15 and I went to cosmoprof and their workers were rude and they answered with a rude attitude and when we asked them they wouldn’t answer and when we wanted their help we had had to look for 1 hour.

Terrible customer service! I am about to file a complain through corporate.
The girl that works there «Jennifer» was standing next to me and did not even offer to help, so I asked her do you have this brand in black and her answer is NO darkest brown is black, doesn’t make any difference? OK! She was trying to be a smart mouth with me the whole time, so I just ignored her. Then she was chatting with her co-​worker saying that she’s having a bad day with her sister?
If you are the store manager I hope you are reading this and you need to train your employee again with a better attitude and more helpful to the customer.

They sell their clippers and trimmers full price when they are used and hairy. The girl couldn’t open the box and had to call a girl over so she didn’t «Pop a nail» Cool

A bunch of teenagers that somehow got their license and have no idea what they’re talking about. Terrible customer service. Called for items to be put on hold, sold them to a person right when I walked in. Complete morons. Taking my business to SalonCentric.

Worst customer service ever, lacking in product and not knowing if they do or don’t have in there shipment that they might get to it sometime when they feel like it. Never very happy with my experience here!

This Cosmoprof store is one of my favorites based on the products. I love their TIGI products and they always seem to have good deals on them. which is a huge plus! I also love that they are always stocked and the store itself is very organized and neat. The staff greets you as you enter the store, however it’s hit or miss as far as how helpful they can be.
For the most part, I have had a good experience with the staff when I’ve had questions but I definitely do get a few here and there that are not approachable and act annoyed after hearing my question… kinda ridiculous, i know! Today, I went up to one of the workers and asked them a question (I didn’t get her name) and she gave me the wrong information about the price of a product. She didn’t even bother to make eye contact and was very cold to me. I understand that they’re busy but it is NOT OKAY to treat your customers this way. When I approached another staff member, Kevin, he completely made up (almost) for the previous staff’s inappropriateness. He not only gladly answered my questions, but also directed to the product that was on sale… aaannnnnd made me save some moola! :)))
Make sure to grab a flier because they always have deals!

Love this store. You must have a license to shop here which is good for me! I love Aquage!!! My favorite product ever! I love everything from them. I also love that they Kenra and Schwarzkopf. They have a good selection of OPI but no Essie! What the hell?! I have to go to Saloncentric for that. All in all it’s clean, organized and the chicks at the register are nice so I’m happy when I go in and come out.

I always find the girls in here really helpful. They always say hello when you walk in and make you feel welcome. They don’t always have what I want in, but now I have learnt to call beforehand so I don’t make the trip over there wasting my gas. Helpful on the phone too.

Good prices on many supplies for the beauty industry. Must be able to prove you are a licensed professional to get your card to buy supplies. At bit of a hassle at 1^st, but not a big deal. Happy to have a good spot near by to pick up what I need in a hurry.

They always have great stuff and great prices, staff is friendly and I am thankfull there is one near me :)
