Cleaners 2000

Things were great until he double charged us. Long story short, we requested he fix something that was wrong. He charged us for the fix.
When we called it to his attention he became irate and started literally throwing money at us. Beware of the owner, he has a temper.

I love this place! The owner is super friendly. He always remembers us and asks how the family is and what our plans for the week are. He always carries my clothes to the car too. Great service. Highly recommended!

Independently owned mom and pop dry cleaners with excellent service. They always insist on putting the clothes in my car for me!
I like that they clean their clothes on-​site and don’t farm their dry cleaning out to a different agency.

I have always taken my dry cleaning to Cleaners 2000 because of the truly fantastic customer service. Even when I moved from Lake Forest to RSM, I refused to find a new, closer service. The owner even carries the clothing out to the car when my wife picks up the clothes. The prices are great too, but it’s the amazing customer service why we remain loyal customers.

The thugs that own this place do not clean their dry cleaning. Do not take your stuff here as it may not even get cleaned. Terrible customer service.

Great dry cleaner. The owner clearly understands the value of a new customer. You will be treated like royalty and he will make sure he calls you by name each time thereafter.

Went in and asked how much it would be. $ 2.95 Paul says. I came in to pick up my clothes and he told me it was $ 4.95. I mentioned this inconsistency to him and he told me there must have been «miscommunication», and «you know prices go up.»…
When I was quoted $ 2.95 I repeated it back to him and he said $ 2.95 a second time in confirmation. There is no doubt in my mind that I got ripped off. This man is a liar and a crook. Won’t step foot in there again and feel some relief in being able to steer others away from this dude, steer clear.

I have been taking our clothes here to be dry cleaned since January of this year. I was happy with the services. However the reason I am rating this place so low is: I picked up my husband shirts from here one time and my husband went to wear one of them and he noticed a large tear on the right hand side of the shirt and then he took out another one and it had the same tear on that shirt as well (exact same spot and exact same type of tear) I went back to the place to let the owner know and asked what could be done, rather than helping me out he looked at the tears and said not my fault and said no more will I clean your shirts, find another dry cleaners. I thought this was really poor on his part as a owner of the company. So I disputed the charge with my credit card company. I don’t believe in paying for a service and when you receive your products they are damaged beyond repair. The funny thing is the owner always said if I had any issues to let him know and the one time I did he didn’t want to take responsibility.

I’ve only been to Cleaners 2000 once but I am definately going again! I read a few Unilocal reviews and decided to go here for some alterations. It’s located in a strip mall near several office buildings in Lake Forest which makes it quite convenient for people who work in the area.
The guy who helped me (the owner, I assume) was incredibly friendly and kind. His prices were lower than anyone else I phoned and the turnaround time was amazingly fast (I hadn’t requested any special time). As another reviewer said earlier, You are not a number there (unless that number is «one»!) He treats his customers like royalty while offering quality service at a lower-​than-​others price. How can you beat that?

I’ve been going here for at least 10 years. Never once had any problem whatsoever. Paul the owner and his wife will go out of their way to attend to you. They do all of their work on-site…no shipping things out to a warehouse somewhere in Santa Ana. I love small businesses that still know what customer service and respect means. These folks are rock stars.

I’m a new customer of Cleaners 2000. I am happy with the service I have received. Can’t compare pricing. Had 2 suits cleaned (that’s 4 pieces) for $ 19.80.
The gentleman who runs the store is very friendly and polite. He even put the suits in the car for me.
I will recommend you to my friends and will continue to use your services.

2 thumbs way up on the dry cleaning circuit. This Mom and Pop shop is superfast, sometimes even able to complete alterations same day if u need. The owners are so friendly and helpful.
Clean place and a big plus is cheaper prices!

Quick. Confident. Crisp. Paul @ Cleaners 2000 will treat you like royalty. Seriously, it’s likely that you’ll feel like the only other person on Earth when he sees you.
He’s a bargain (broken button’s considered ;) and he’s always willing to consider quick-turn’s on clothes if you’re in a bind, also.
