I can not say enough about Vicki and Cascade West Tank Services! First of all they were able to expedite coming out the next day as we were in the middle of negotiating the sale of our house and the certificate showing our possible oil tank was one of the major sticking points. 2 owners before us did not know if there was a tank on the property and neither did the owners we purchased from… So, besides having the best customer service I have encountered in a long time, they came out the next day, located the tank immediately and got to work. They were efficient and left everything nice and neat. We would have had our certificate same day except the person who processes permits at the Shoreline Fire Dept. was out of the office that Friday so we had to wait until Monday. Monday morning I had a copy of the decommissioning certificate and was able to close the deal with the potential buyers. Thank you Vicki!

I hired Vicki and her team to perform a decommissioning and above ground tank installation at our new home. They were wonderful to work with and their bid was the best we received. We had a difficult closing and Vicki was patient for months waiting to hear back from us. So glad we worked with Cascade! Would highly recommend them!
