This 5 star is based on my in store visit. I went to the office to return my modem for internet(I purchased my own). The $ 10 fee was waived since I had only kept it for a day. The customer service young lady was very pleasant, the lobby is very clean with tv while you wait, and a bottle of free water and mints were offered. That was a nice touch. :-)

Has anyone written a decent review for Time Warner Cable. Regionally the answer is no. I’m joining the one star band wagon. I asked for television and Internet only but was told home phone would be included for free. I didn’t need that option. Turns out it’s not f ree. No big deal I just asked to have it taken off. My bill spiked $ 50 because I didn’t bundle. I called them on online prices and had the $ 50 extra charge changed. So there’s some pricing issues and sales issues. Additionally the free installation required a return visit because the technician apparently needed HDMI cable and asked if I had any lying around. I did not so I had some connection problems. Don’t complain. They don’t care. Just pay your bill and deal with it. After all no one needs cable. It’s just a luxury.

the guys at this location are alright. the customer service over the phone is the worst i’ve ever dealt with. the internet and cable services at the house are horrible. goes in and out all the time. not worth the money. go elsewhere. buyer beware.

I was with them for almost four years, four years of the worst device you can possibly get from a web/tv company. When I say the worst, I am put it mildly, constantly unplugging and replugging the power cord due to no internet; when I finally woke up, and called to cancel all services(5 days before the new bill cycle started so I wouldn’t owe a new bill), they didn’t even care to ask why I was cancelling, or maybe offer me a simple deal if I stayed, instead, the girl at the other end couldn’t wait to close my account. It has been three months since I cancelled, and I am still receiving bills, because although I cancelled six days before the new bill was generated, according to them, I cancelled three days into the new bill, that’s right three days. For almost four years my bill always read dates from and to, when and what I was being billed, that changed the day I called and told them I was moving on and cancelling my account. After I cancelled my account, I started receiving a bill, a bill with a different billing cycle, very conveniently according to this new bill, with new due dates, and new to and from dates, I called three days into my new billing cycle, therefore according to Time Warner, They don’t owe me any money, instead, I owe them for three days. Since this ordeal started, I have spoken with costumer service reps., and supervisors, they have promised me that this is all a mistake, and to please disregard the bills, and that«they will take care of it», the supervisors have even promised me that I will also be refunded for the five days I had left, when I cancelled the bill, which honestly speaking, it is what I was expecting from the very beginning; as of today, three months later, I am sitting here writing this feedback with my latest bill from them, this one has a letter attached to it, it explains; «If we don’t receive payment, we will forward this to the proper department to collect what is due, PLEASEPAYIMMEDIATELY«.

i returned my equipment today to the 556 Birch location. I had my daughter help carry in all the boxes for 4 tv’s and a phone ect. the woman working in there was not nice. the security man just sat there and didn’t offer help, like opening the door seeing us with our hands full. the lady didn’t say anything except«put the stuff in the window». after she handed me the receipt, didn’t say thanks or anything. so glad Ii’m NOT a TWC customer any longer!

The only good thing I can say about this place is that the security guard is friendly and professional. My husband and I tried to get internet from tw. We went in and they have us a box, told us our house was ready just plug in the motem. It didn’t work so they scheduled for somebody to come out. The problem is nobody came out. We called to double check and were told somebody was in rout to our house(which we later found out was a lie). Nobody showed up. This went on for 3 days. They would end up rescheduling it because nobody would show every time. After that we went out of town for two weeks. At this point we had spoken with a supervisor about our trouble and he had set up for them to come out and instal a few things and get our internet going. All outside the house and they were aware that we would be out of town. Fast forward, we came home and nobody had been here at all. At that point we went in a canceled. They did not want to lose are business and kept trying to keep us with promises of somebody coming out that day to get it going… Seriously! After all that. NO! We went with Verizon instead

I’ve been with Time Warner cable Internet and TV two accounts for 24 years their service sucks. during that time I’ve spent at least 5 to 8 hours on the phone with support service. I get service technicians that don’t know what they’re doing every couple of minutes to stop go talk to somebody else to answer your questions to figure out what the hell to do. when their technicians come out to the house they’re great. I probably have them out once every two years. maybe it’s time for a satellite dish. again they’re not the best in the world by a long way.
