I’ve been here a lot lately making copies and faxing. I felt the staff was pleasant and helpful. I even bought a already put together computer chair from here and had no issues. May purchase a printer next as of right now I do not have one.

I come here because it always has what I want and need. But, today the help at the copy and print center is terrible the employee was not friendly nor helpful and just stood there looking at her nails instead finding ways to help ups my stuff and the service is so slow and I’m just not happy with tonight’s service at all.

I don’t know what alterior motives people have by bashing this Staples in Lake Elsinore BUT it’s a GREAT place to shop and get copies done. I’ve never since 2006 to presently had problems with their staff. The location is pleasant and the staff are cheerfully efficient. I’m thankful to have them in business and will CONTINUE to do business with them.

The place was a mess and overall when I left I felt like I needed a shower. If you need paper or supplies its there, its not great, but its there. The staff wasn’t very friendly or attentive. I don’t think I will be going back there.

Slowest copy center ever!!! The employee couldn’t figure out how to ring up 3 color copies on card stock. I waited in line 15+ minutes for her to figure this out. I spoke with two other employees, one of them a manager and asked them to help her out as she was clearly struggling, and they said she will eventually figure it out.

The only reason this review is getting 2 stars, is bc they had everything i needed (supply’s-wise). Also it was not crowded (No wonder)
The costumer service was horrible. Do not come here to the print shop if you are not computer literate or don’t already know your way around the place.
Long story short, the girl working the print shop name ‘alisa’ was very rude. She wouldn’t talk to me or look my way until I asked her for help.
I asked her how to use the computer bc there was a debit card system that I was unfamiliar with. She told me in a rude voice, «Its obviously like the one you use at home.»
All I can say is, unprofessional.
They have everything you need except consumer service.

Email your print job to the store w/​instructions & your job can be waiting for you when you arrive.
I’ve been to other Staples stores to have printing jobs done, but I have to say that this one is the best. They have friendly and helpful customer service which is nice since I’ve been to so many other places that were elite-​ist printing places. Who knew there was a hierarchy in choosing paper & pressing «Print»?

I went here today because I thought it was going to be convenient and quick, but… it was nothing short of a disaster! The customer service at the print center was HORRIBLE! She lacked in communication and direction and never gave me a call when my items were done. I spoke to the Assistant Manager before I left and he have off that he did not care to hear my rant and then gave no explanation as to why his employee was so ill prepared for her job. I will NEVER be back to this location and hopefully Staples as a whole!

Every time we have been in there, the staff and asst store manager has always been really great to us. The guy who specializes in cellphones is wonderful. He even recognized us when we came back weeks later for something else. That is great customer service.
