Rancho Physical Therapy

I so love this place. They helped me before my total hip replacement and rehabbed me after.
A few hiccups, but all in all, a great place. Ron will get you back to a normal life.

My appointment was at 4:15 the receptionist told me to be there 15 min early so I checked in at 4:00 and they made me wait for 50 minutes before the doctor call me in. This is ridiculous if she didn’t take my copay already I would walk away.

I had my pectoral muscle surgically repaired in April and came here for my physical therapy and am more than satisfied with the care and service I’ve received here. Ron Toth is amazing. He’s very knowledgable of the body and how it works and really understands rehabilitation. He’s been doing this for almost 30 years and it shows. Gears a program that is right for you and pays attention to your progress or lack thereof.
The staff is awesome. All of the aides are very friendly and helpful. They are there to help you with your stretches or exercises and there is little to no down/​lag time.
I had an awesome experience in my 4 months of being here. Couldn’t be happier with my progress and looking forward to going back to work.
If you ever need any physical therapy done, this is the place.

I have been seen at this location throughout the years off and on for my knee. I’ve never had any problems with anyone or anything here. The girls in the front are helpful, polite, and nice to talk to. I love all the aids at this location! I was being seen here last year and I loved all the aides at that time too. The therapist’s I work with have always been easy to talk to and very friendly. They have a small pool for therapy too!

Everyone here is very helpful and supportive of efforts. They are very thorough in making sure you understand the correct way to exercise and stretch. Also ensuring you get the most benefit from each exercise. I am very happy that I have finally came to physical therapy after breaking my back 17 years ago. The core strengthening I have been doing here has really been productive. Thanks Rancho Physical Therapy, for assisting me on my quest for a better life physically.

If you are in the need for physical therapy I suggest giving them a call. The staff is warm and friendly the environment is clean and well kept and they go above and beyond on educating you on your condition and how to improve it. I especially have to say Ron the physical therapist was beyond supportive and in the short period insurance approved me for visits he made it worth it and he bombarded me with stretches, information, and everything I needed to make it to where I want to be in my long term goals!!!

If you need physical therapy, I highly recommend this place!
I bring my father here twice a week as part of his knee and hip replacement recovery. After taking my dad somewhere else and then bringing him to Rancho PT, we can totally tell the difference in service and experience.
Hans, his therapists is Amazing!!! Hans has played such a huge role in my fathers recovery. Hans is patient, knowledgeable and is friendly!
They are busy, but never too busy to look after you.
The whole staff here at Rancho PT are super friendly. My dad Loves it, and the attention he receives!
They have great equipment, a pool and most of all experienced staff!

Employees seem unhappy here. Lack of smiles. They put you on a machine and forget about you. Therapists spend time sitting in office instead of being out with the patients. Pretty bad experiences here and they do not seem to care that you are doing your exercises correctly or that you get better. Go somewhere else, as they are not great here.

Never written a review before but have to about this pt. I have been going for months after my shoulder surgery. My therapist Linda Evans is the best. I always hurt when i go in for therapy and come out able to use my shoulder sooo much better. She is friendly and professional and knows what shes doing. Also all the other employees are friendly as well. I love the atmosphere and care everytime i enter the room. One more thing. The front office staff always dress very professional. I loved it before the uniforms were enforced. I couldnt wait to go in and see what they were wearing. They were always dressed in proper buisness attire and looking very stylish. Thank You all at Rancho PT LAKE ELSINORE !!!
