I’ve played the guitar for a long time, written songs, even owned a studio and produced other records. However, as far as my skills? I could get by, and that’s about where it ended. Nobody ever taught me things as simple as «hey, if you hold the pick this way and alternate here instead of down picking here, you’ll be able to change faster, etc.» Enter Justin. Let’s get one thing out of the way right off the bat, the dude SHREDS. But even more impressive is his true understanding of music. He helped me realize that the theory and technique of playing can really help to take me to the next level.
I’ve only been seeing Justin for a few months now but I’ve progressed more in the past couple months than I probably have in the past decade. He’s understanding, explains things in ways that anyone can understand, and truly cares about how well his students progress. I wish I had done this earlier but I’m just glad I am now. This guy is the real deal!
