Food Ordered: Huevos Rancheros and 2 Taco Plate (rice and beans); 2 cokes
Pros: Huevos Rancheros were the high light of my meal except for the gobs of cheese that was on it; but who can really mess up huevos rancheros?
Cons: 2 taco plate, no flavor on the carne asada; I believe the menu said it was marinated.
Overall: Probably may not come back to this place.

First time in Elsinore, Asked at the Roadrunner RV park where the best mexican food was, she told me about Guadalajara Grill. I have to say it was really good. I can eat mexican food ²⁴⁄₇. What I had was the lunch special green chilli Enchalata. Yummy and a great margarita. Planning to go back.

Best Margaritas and Mexican Food around. Don’t waste your time with the others here in town.

Best food in town, I love this place, staff is very friendly, the place itself is a bit outdated but the food & prices are great & you get a lot of food for what you pay, also there lunch specials & taco Tuesdays are a steal.

Wish I could give less. Went here earlier today, it was a nice day so we sat out on the patio. I was one of the last of our group to get my food. Just one fish taco. Unrolled it from the paper and opened it up to pull some tomatoes out. Not just tomatoes came out. A dead fly rolled out from my taco. I show my friend and he shows the manager. We tell him there’s bugs in the taco. Manager has the nerve to say a fly is not a bug. Friend freaks out saying a fly is a bug. A fly comes from a maggot. The manager doesn’t understand and says that we are outside and there’s flies outside. Yes we were outside and there were flies but one didn’t get inside my taco and die within the 1 min it was on my table. No one wanted to eat their food. Very gross and very disappointed in the attitude of the manager, clearly he shouldn’t be one.

Really good food! So hard in the area to find a good mex restaurant ! That u dont go up to the counter and order! So glad we went! it will be our go to!
. They do seat you fast because it’s so big so no longer than 20 min wait! We’re from the San Joaquin Valley this was just as good as being back home! Great service, Prices are great! Drinks are Yummy too.

Excellent tacos de uruapan. Service was a bit slow, but food was very good. Rice is always an indication of how good I rate the food. In this case it was OUTSTANDING!!! Enjoyed dinner before watching a storm game with Tio Sam and Tia Lucy. Great time by all

I brought my dad here for brunch for his birthday. We were happy to see that they have Sunday brunch specials for about $ 10.50. I ordered an enchilada with a fried egg, rice, and beans. The brunch special comes with champagne, fruit, and a muffin. The food was good and my dad, who is Mexican and is picky about his food said his menudo was good as well. By the way, they give a pretty good amount of menudo, my dad couldn’t finish it. The waitress who served us was very friendly. I can’t say it’s the best Mexican food that I’ve had, so thats why I can’t give them the full 5 stars.

Food was ok but the service was very bad. Our waiter seemed miserable, like if he hated his job. I have been to many many mexican food restaurants and I always ask for the spicy salsa and the waiters/​waitresses are always willing to go and ask the cooks for the spicy salsa. Not this time. The waiter said very abruptly «No, we don’t carry spicy salsa». He did not come to our table to ask how everything was doing. I needed napkins but was not able to get any. I’ve lived in the area my entire life but I have always chosen to go across the street to the other mexican food restaurant but my husband and I decided to give this restaurant to give it a try. Big Mistake! Not going there again.

I came here on a weekend afternoon hoping to find some good authentic Mexican food. Shortly after arriving the restaurant really picked up almost to suddenly for my server. Shortly after delivering drinks and food I never saw her until she dropped the bill off.
The chips were really good but the salsa was really weak and beyond mild. My chile Relleno was mildly warm and soggy, the egg battered outside turned to mush instantly upon cutting it. I’m Hispanic and know that ordering a Chile Relleno is a sure fire way to quickly judge the skill level of the chef as well as the ingredients in the food. True to form it seemed pre-​made, either earlier in the day or dare I say frozen and then thawed overnight or during the day. My Burrito was just ok as it was also just mildly warm, not hot at all and bland.
Also the two beers I ordered were also on the warm and not as cold as I would have expected. The management needs to check the refrigeration temperature and get the servers to pick up the food in the window faster so customers don’t get stuck with cold or marginally warm food.

Great food and great service! The portions were huge and the pricing was inexpensive. They were very quick with our food and everything tasted delicious.
This was our first time here and it won’t be our last!

Can’t say if the food is any good because we never got past the chips and salsa. Found a HUGE deep fried cockroach in our chips. We hadn’t been here in years and will never go back. The server was apologetic, but didn’t seem shocked. Gross.

I do not eat a lot of Mexican cuisine, but this place has an excellent carne Asada burrito. The food quality of good. Their portion sizes could feed a football team. The service was excellent. I will be back.

Love the Pollo achiote. Really good food quality. I’ve been here twice and had great experiences both times. My parents just moved to Elsinore and we enjoy coming here for Mexican food. They got a few tvs to enjoy a game and drink some cold brews.

Excellent place, love the chile Verde enchiladas, they were homemade. Melt in your month. Service was excellent. Lots of chips & Salsa. Hubby had Carne Asada burrito was delicious they made it exactly how he wanted it. Beer was cold shocktop and American beer bud/​coors. Very quiet and cozy. First time at this place. Our favorite food place now. We will be back. I recommend this place for Mexican food very good.

Taco Bell has better service. Maybe it’s because we’re white, but every other table has been helped multiple times as we sit here, waiting.

Went here for a 30^th birthday. The food was great, the margaritas were fantastic. Our waiter was extremely nice and on top of things. (An older Hispanic gentleman with glasses) we even told him it was her birthday and he brought out flan with a candle, and a sombrero for her to wear while the entire restaurant sang Happy Birthday. We had a one year old with us and we ordered beans for him. They didn’t even charge us for it! Great casual, low key place with yummy food and delicious drinks!

After we checked out House of Siloam, we had lunch here. The place was nice. The food was good but too rich for us. Good place to dine if you are in this area.
