I love this little shop, nestled in a weird outlet mall. My first visit to the mall, I was appalled at how few sales and actual «outlet» discounts there were. Thankfully I stopped in to see the element store on my way out. The associates were so friendly, knowledgable about their product and had great customer service. The sales were great for both men and women and the merchandise was quality. Needless to say I stop by here every time I’m in the area just to check up on the new merchandise. Every time I am greeted with great service and nice people. Love it.
