Wow, Calvary Chapel Canyon Hills really outdid themselves with the free carnival today(Halloween 2015). Tons of jumpers, free games, candy, free food and gave away 3 kindles, didn’t pay a dime, had a blast. God is good! We even found our buddy Skye from the Paw Patrol! Watch me pick out my costume and play with my Paw Patrol buddies in my family friendly toy and educational videos below.

An amazing church! If you want to be fed the Word of God and be welcomed, comfortable and loved at a church then this is the church for you. These people are some of the most loving and welcoming people I know. Pastor Josh is one of the greatest Bible teachers that I’ve ever heard. I’m not kidding or being sarcastic. He is extremely gifted and we are so blessed to be under his teaching for 4 ½ years. We have since moved to plant a church in the Bay Area but still love these people like family.

My husband and I just moved to the area and was diligently looking for a local Christian church. Our home church is Reality LA but now it’s 1.5hrs away. We tried out a handful of churches and felt right at home when we went to Calvary. The format of worship, announcements, sermon, prayers & communion during end of worship was so similar to Reality LA, that the transition was easy. Pastor Josh was full of the spirit and his sermons are Biblical based. I love how deep he digs into each verse. If you’re looking for a church where you could worship, cry, be with fellow hungry Christians looking for growth and to be fed with God’s word, Calvary Chapel is a great church for that.
