I liked this store, tho it can be difficult to figure out how to turn into it coming from US Hwy 90 westbound, but obviously doable. Tho fairly crowded, it seemed no one waited more than 5 mins before they were assisted.
Good selection as far as what’s in stock cellphone-​wise tho the case selection seems limited.
As with most places tho, this review comes down to customer service. And we lucked out with Daniel Kelly. Very personable — which should be a given in this line of work, one would think! — but also very patient. We came to get my Mom a new phone and we tried out various ones, along a Goldilocks/​Three Bears theme. Daniel was polite, didn’t rush us, explained differences in plans, and how to clear old phones, which is a huge boon for us non-​techy types.
He said to call him if there are any problems, but none hv arisen yet. I’d like to believe the other associates would be as helpful.
