So slow. Our better food from Panera is getting cold while we sit here outside just past the drive through while they pick out our kids food and package it one little piece at a time very slowly. Next time kids you’ll be getting food the same place that we do.
We ordered at 8:00 according to the receipt. I went in at 8:17 and made an issue of the matter in front of their other waiting customers and finally got our order

I just love love the fresh veggies and variety of choices. It’s fast and quick and pretty standard! Beets going to a hamburger chain. Love the walnut shrimp always fresh.
The variety of chicken entrees and this locations was great. The staff extra friendly and nice compared to other off why 75.
Pretty new facility also very clean.

Me and my family have been at least 3 times since its opened and never had a bad experience here. The food is delicious and it’s fresh. I really recommend that everyone to come here!

For my first time experiencing pandemonium®
It was bad. first we where greeted with nice warm air in the building. Seemed the A\c was off.
Waited in line for 10 – 15 mins with 6 – 7 people ahead of us. painfully slow for prepared food. its not like they had to kill the chickens.
The food was OK. not any better then your average Chinese restaurant.
Portion was lacking, service was, slow food average at best.
Don’t think I’ll be back.

This location is newly opened in Lake City and it is somewhat noticeable. I first had Panda Express in Vegas a few months ago, and that location seemed to have been one of their better ones, so I anticipated a better experience than I had. Hopefully this location can get their act together, and possibly start being a bit friendlier to the customers.

This review is based on my first two visits at the Lake City store.
For other larger cities, I probably would not give this a five star, but for the restaurant options in Lake City I think it deserves five star.
The building is cool and modern design, the parking lot is easy, the interior seating is decent, and the food was hot fresh and very good.
I had been to other panda express, and was not blown away, but this time I was impressed with the selection and the food quality.
The staff seemed to be well-​trained, hard-​working, and friendly.

Just another Panda Express.
I would cut their service some slack because they are new (3 stars instead of 2)
They seem quite overwhelmed with the lunch rush, which is why I’m guessing the person at the cash register seemed so irritated that we were there and ordering food.
I am generally pretty easy on new business ratings if they at least make an exempt to be at least a little friendly.
Also the to go orders were completely wrong!!!
