Needed to stop and grab quick dinner for myself and the kids. Got my food from the drive thru and it was ice cold. My kids didn’t seem to mind the cold burgers and fries. But. Me, I was not pleased to unwrap my chicken snack wrap to see I was given a tortilla and a sliver of a chicken tender. It was so small I literally could not even taste chicken! I paid $ 2 for a tortilla with ranch dressing on it. Thanks a lot. Wish I could give 0 stars

Pretty gross bathrooms, employee acted like she was cleaning them but was simply restocking toilet paper. Egg biscuit was up to par. Staff was moderately friendly.

If I could give them no stars I would. The woman taking our order didn’t even type it in the system. After we slowly said our entire order she asked«what was the second thing you said?» She got the number of things and sizes wrong, and we had to correct her multiple time while ordering. After waiting over 15 minutes to get our food they still got EVERYTHING wrong about our order. This service was so bad I installed Unilocal just to warn other people. If you were thinking about going there don’t! Save the hassle and go somewhere else, or go up a few exits.

Okay, it may sound silly to do a Unilocal review for a global chain restaurant, but it’s my morning choice for breakfast on the way to work. The reason is that I cruise in and take one of the two drive-thru lanes, immediately get asked for my order, pay, and receive my food. Generally the entire process takes less than 2 minutes. The coffee stays hot far too long, but it’s affordable and consistent and they will put the cream and sugar in for you. I would like to add that the lady who takes my credit card every morning is fast, courteous, and professional.
