Pretty good place, but I feel like the staff could be more professional. They just kind of sit on the couch and chat with their customers. There’s no valet parking, which is a HUGE problem for me. Who wants to park their own car? On top of that, the parking is like 15 feet from the entrance… Too long of a walk after eating. Last time I was there I didn’t even tip. I’ll try it again someday and revise my review.

I have yet to find Coffee that is of the caliber Ean and Kate’s is. This is truly love at first sip. I believe I have found the most wonderful delicassy in all of Lake City. Their service is incredible, their coffee is insanely delicious, and their pastries are divine.
