Glades Ridge Goat Dairy

Now this is just one of the vendors at the Kings Street Farmers Market. They carry Fresh Goat Milk, Goat short ribs, Goat Sausage, Goat Neck Steaks. Now they also carry Lamb Chops, Lamb Leg Steaks, Lamb Sausage. It also looks very yummy and I can’t wait to eat some. I got some goat short ribs cause I love Goat Long Ribs. I have cooked/​smoked them a few times and nobody ever wants the ribs. I also got some Lamb Sausage so let’s see if theirs is as good as mine. I will let you know. The man that was ta the market was very nice and explained everything to me. How the meat is packaged and why and how the animals are raised. I can’t wait till tomorrow and I can try some. I’m only giving them a 4 star for now cause of I haven’t eaten any yet.
