The waffles are great and so are the dazzling array of detoxifying juices. It’s highly overpriced though

Limited wait to be seated despite fairly large crowd during a conference break. For lunch they have salads and that’s it. When we first chose this option, we thought they had sandwiches as well. I had the Blackened Mahi Mahi on Romaine. you can also build your own using a provided menu of choices. It also includes a dessert bar with a variety of small cakes and tarts. Other than being overpriced($ 21) I enjoyed it and would consider returning.

Mediocre food and absolutely horrible service. How do you drop off a meal and then never come back until the check?!

This place was in the hotel that I was staying at for a business trip… our company work week! And I did go here for the breakfast buffet when I first arrived, however what I loved about this place is that it makes fresh juice and I juice everyday and couldn’t find a juice bar in the area… not knowing that there was a solution in the hotel! They were great about filling up my juice cup everyday… a bit pricey for what I got, but I am not complaining… they were quite accommodating!

Not bad at all for a hotel restaurant. Leo went for one of the pre-designed salads(Salmon) while I built my own. They had tons of options, including a tofu option for the protein, which I super appreciated. Our server, Javier, was friendly, outgoing, and knew the menu inside and out(including urging me away from the red pepper dressing, which I really appreciated). On top of this, there was a free dessert buffet included with our salads, and the desserts really shined. I loved the rice pudding with tropical chutney, while Leo went for something with chocolate and coffee flavoring… big shock. I wish we hadn’t waited until our last day to discover this delicious place!

Casual table service. I got one of their customized salads with shrimp and all my desired vegetables and toppings. Seems a little hoky when ordering but the salad was AMAZING! Very friendly and prompt service. Nice atmosphere too and very clean. Worth going out of your way for some fresh tasty food!

Tucker was awful. It took us an hour and a half for breakfast. The omelet was wrong and it took about 20 minutes to fix it. There were tables turning over before we even were served. Other servers seemed to be great.

Starting our week in Orlando’s WDW Dolphin looking for a good breakfast location. A quick check on @Yelp let us walk to FMM. First we thought it may be quite expensive. But $ 23.99 per person was not too much for a breakfast buffet. Fresh and exquisite it provided all for a good start into the day.

With all Disney restaurants you can expect to pay a premium but when you end up paying a high price for crap then that sucks. We came here for breakfast and opted against the $ 26 breakfast buffet. I checked it out and it seemed ok, but definitely not worth such a high price for breakfast food. I ordered the House Turkey Hash off the menu. The presentation is great, with the poached egg sitting nicely over the spinach and«hash». This is more of a Hash Brown as it is almost entirely made up of potatoes with some pieces of turkey in it. It wasn’t bad, but certainly not what I expected when I ordered it. I thought I was being carb conscious by ordering this but it definitely wasn’t. The worst part is what a rip-off this place is. They charged us $ 6 for a bowl of Froot Loops without milk. Really? My wife’s yogurt parfait was $ 5 and someone had to make it. Also, my wife ordered a Bloody Mary and to our surprise it came out to $ 12 despite saying $ 8 on the sign in the front. Later I also noticed that the online menu says $ 8 so check your bill. In addition to that they charged us $ 4 for an apple juice they forgot tro bring out. The only reason it gets 2 stars is that the server was extremely nice and pleasant. I would say avoid this place it is not that impressive.

JAVIER was AWESOME! I sat down for breakfast and he said, «hot tea, Orange juice and toast right?» I was completely floored.(In a good way) So shocked that he remembered, seeing as I only dined with him once so far during my trip. On that morning, I had breakfast alone and told him how I was on business and how my boyfriend was flying in later that day. The next day he saw us and asked my boyfriend how his flight was– what a nice gesture to remember and show interest! He was one of the highlights of this hotel and I want to be sure that you know it :) He was friendly, funny, and attentive. Give him a raise! He deserves it. I got poached eggs every morning which the cook made quickly. The fresh juices here are AMAZING! Especially the green one. The only bad thing is that they run out too quickly because they are too good!!!

This restaurant really deserves some kudos for its efforts for offering fresh real food with some organic options, juices and organic meats. This restaurant is surrounded by little to none of these options around Disney World. They offer Paleo breakfasts, organic fresh cold pressed juices with real ginger and a well portioned lunch salads. This restaurant is a highlight of the Dolphin hotel.

I chose to go to this restaurant for breakfast based on the reviews, and considering the fact that I LOVEJUICE and that’s one of the main draws here. :) The buffet is all-inclusive, which means that you get all the juice you want — you can pick up little shot glasses of the different flavors, or if you go crazy over one of them like me then your server might bring you a full glass. Hahaha. The food is delicious, and lives up to its«Fresh» name. Everything felt like it had just been picked/harvested/whatever earlier that day. Also loved the omelet bar, where we could pick and choose what went into our food. I’ve already recommended this place to other people, and plan to return with my parents for breakfast one of these days. Also, reservations are accepted but we were able to be seated right away(mid-February 2014) without one.

Went here during a conference for lunch. Got the thai chicken salad. It was lame for the price, but still tasted okay. It’s hard to mess up anything when all you do is put thai sauce on it — the best stuff on earth. Very little chicken and other stuff to dress it. It was a 2 star, especially for it’s Disney-typical exorbitant price. Then, we accidentally discovered(our server didn’t tell us and for some reason we didn’t realize) that we had also paid for access to the dessert buffet. That was quite tasty. Separately the desserts were good, but when you can have as many and as much as you want, they magically(thank you Disney) became great. It was the only thing that didn’t make me mad for paying that much for a crappy salad

We often stay at the Dolphin because you can get a room similar to the nearby Yacht and Beach Club for 50% the price. The Dolphin often has military discounts of 50% for its basic restaurants and Freeh Mediterranean Market is one of them. The breakfast buffet is wonderful. The chefs will use egg whites on the omelets and you pick the ingredients. The baked goods are very good and the porridge melts in your mouth. I like the little power drinks. Service is always quick and with a smile. We eat a huge meal sometimes and have a late lunch at a fancy Epcot restaurant. The only breakfast buffets that match this are at the Grand Floridian and Animal Kingdom Lodge and they are twice the price with a more exotic menu.

Typical hotel restaurant that wants you to get the buffet, but we ended up having above average entrees. Their turkey hash was quite good as was their take on the traditional breakfast sandwich. Prices are typical for a resort hotel(higher than what you could get elsewhere) but not too obnoxious. As a side note, if you remember to put out the«Green» doorknob hanger and reject having your sheets changed, they will give you a voucher for $ 5 a day to be used on the property. Every little bit helps :-)

You probably don’t want to come here during a conference because places like this are the first to show the strain of demanding large parties and persnickety suits who invade the premises with their particular sense of corporate entitlement. ‘Fresh’ is not an apt name for an eatery where the hostess looks so embittered and beaten down that I couldn’t get her to crack a smile even after the morning rush. I was taken to a small banquette table where I was squeezed between two fellow conference attendees who were looking so intently at their iPads as to discourage any human interaction. The table in front of me was populated with at least twenty suits having a serious discussion about sales and revenue goals. The much nicer waiter came by to tell me about the $ 22.95 Market Buffet Breakfast, which includes juice and Starbucks coffee, probably something I should have considered more seriously had I not worried so much about being a glutton. No, I figured I should just order one dish someone else controlled and decided rather foolishly on the $ 15 House Turkey Hash simply because it wasn’t a hash. It was a bunch of potato chunks molded into a cylinder and speckled ever so slightly with a hint of poultry. The two poached eggs placed precariously on top looked more authentic and unfortunately so did the gooey hollandaise sauce. Heavily wilted spinach completed the picture(see photo), and it must really say something when I ate the wheat toast more thoroughly than the dish itself. It just tasted awfully greasy with the spinach particularly overcooked. Only the eggs themselves survived the Disney cattle-call treatment, but the sauce was so thick as to make my arteries cringe in fear of what was about to attack them. I probably should have gone for the $ 5 Yogurt Parfait and $ 8 Bloody Mary and called it a day. I have to admit that I only came here because I missed the free breakfast buffet in the big tent since I could afford to sleep in an extra hour, but that extra luxury was obviously not worth the premium cost. Yet another reason why this may not be the happiest place on earth. FOOD — 2 stars… lay off the hollandaise and hash here… it’s just not good AMBIANCE — 2 stars… finally realizing all the casual eateries at the Dolphin and the Swan look alike SERVICE — 2.5 stars… surly hostess followed by a happy waiter TOTAL — 2 stars… highly skippable even if it is the most important meal of the day

Not sure I understand the love for this place? Came for the breakfast buffet and thought it was overpriced($ 25 per person) for what was offered. No one was there to explain how the omelete station worked so people were hanging around confused until other guests started explaining the process. Service was pretty slow and inattentive. Took us awhile to get refills and the bill. If you have some extra time, def walk over to the Boardwalk and have breakfast at Kouzzina instead. That’s what we did every other morning after this one!

I wish I discovered this place earlier for breakfast buffets because it felt like every morning we would be settling for the first place we saw in the parks. Usually it’s some sad pastries and artificial tasting juice. I love, love the omelet station where you can pick and put as much ingredients on a plate and they will incorporate it all in the eggs/egg whites. Also lots of different pastries, mickey shaped waffles and pancakes, perfectly fried bacon(yum and Im not even a bacon person), fruit and yogurt parfaits, fresh fruits, juices… believe it or not, I was craving for good oatmeal and found it here. I had a bowl of it every time with cinnamon and raisins. Nothing like a good hearty and tasty breakfast to start off the day!

So to be fair, it has been several years since we ate here but when my wife and I talk about food at Disney this place always comes up. We ate there three times(which is no small feat since they are only open for breakfast and lunch). Every time it was great. The menu was limited but it was FRESH and there were greens, which once you’re inside the Disney parks seem non existent at times. I mean how many chicken fingers can you eat? Just thinking about it makes me want to go back. Yum!
