I have lived here for over 3 years, and my most recent move has made me regret my decision to stay. The new apartment has had more issues in the first few months than the last one did in 3 years. The screen door frame doesn’t hold any door, the sink is cracked, the medicine cabinet was broken… this is just the beginning of the list. The new management company is horrific. They use Conservice, and we have been billed additional monies each month, and the manager in charge(the original has been out) is absolutely in over his head. The inexperience in management has made all of the problems even more difficult to handle. I am already counting down the days until the lease is finished so I can rid myself of this complex. Don’t move here.

Lived here about a decade ago. Based on website pictures, not too much has changed except for some kitchen appliance upgrades. Walls are/were thin so you can easily hear your neighbors. So if you have respectable neighbors, this should not be a problem… Unfortunately, my neighbors were fairly loud at night. Thankfully, management allowed me to break my lease without penalty due to the big inconvenience. As for the pricing, it’s average for ‘luxury’ apartments in the area… pretty reasonable/cheap.

Overpriced for what you get. Also, the address is technically«Lake Bluff» which gives them the opportunity to over charge but the location is really North Chicago. So whenever anything is done(fire check, late night patrolling, getting a library card) you deal with North Chicago. Tenants should be charged North Chicago prices(which would be considerably less), if the only thing«Lake Bluff» about living here is the address on your mail. Management staff changed a few times while living here. Everyone was nice though so I can’t knock it too bad.
