I was at JJ Nails for the first time today and it was wonderful! Susan was friendly and the service was great. My pedi looks perfect and I really enjoyed massage chair and dimmed lighting in pedi area with the zen music in background. I will definately go back!

Visited this place a few times in the past couple of years with my two daughters and yesterday for Mother’s Day we made another and our final trip there. Never EVER EVER again!!! The towels used on us should not to be even be called towels any more!!! Dirt rags I wouldn’t use for floor cleaning let alone on paying clients!!! Just plain NASTY!!! The HOT towel treatment was actually a WET FREEZING COLD towel?!! Seriously?!! I set up an appointment 3 hrs prior to service, there were 2 other clients there and they had no HOT towels… The horrible service does not even end there! One of my daughters ended up with a bloody (open cut look a like) nail file burn on her toes!!! They filled her nails so so hard that the tips of her toes have open cuts from file burns– and she did say it on more than one occasion that it hurts and pulled her foot away… My pedicure was super smeared, uneven, white lines on french pedicure style were random from nail to nail. My daughters pedicure was all over their toes not just nails and it was not cleaned up at all. Matter of fact one of the ladies stepped on her toe while doing a manicure, smeared her toe nail polish, said she would fix it and never did afterward. They didn’t do the colors my daughter requested and instead chose the color for her even though she was clear what she wanted… Technicians kept changing on us and other customers every 5 minutes, not washing hands or even switching the gloves in between… They were all looking at the door and who came/​walked in than what they were looking at what they were actually doing. Regardless of their price I WILL NEVER walk in there again and will spend time praying neither one of us got some fungus or something else while there

Went here for the first time and had an awkward experience. Even though I had made an appointment they seemed unprepared. One of the ladies directed a young man to do my mani/​pedi, and he did not seem happy about it judging by their heated exchange. Just a little awkward. He also abruptly left in the middle of my manicure without saying anything. Another woman stopped working on her client and came over to finish my nails. Kinda strange.
Other than that weirdness my nails turned out great! The no-​chip lasted 3 – 3.5 weeks.

I love this place! I live out of the area but I make it a point to stop by when I can or need my nails done. Very clean and professional. They are also as accommodating if your ever on a time crunch! But they never leave out the pampering which I love! They make sure you know how to use their amazing chairs which a nice detail I thought

I read all the 5 star reviews and decided to give this place a try. They said I could have a 1p appt. Finally got in the chair at 1:30. People’s cell phones were ringing, techs kept switching from one person to another and in the end I had an ok pedicure and a bubbled up manicure. I have never felt so rushed all while having a mani pedi that finished just past 3p. If it was solid pampering for 2 hours, I would have given a much different review. Instead, everyone was running around like crazy. They said they were understaffed. I get that. But if that is the case, don’t make so many appointments at one time. The price is great at $ 35 but I would have rather paid $ 45 and had it feel like a mini vacation than an inconvenience to the techs who needed to get to the next client. The last time my tech was switched out — on my last coat of nail polish — I asked why and the new tech responded, «oh, if she leaves you she can go make more money.» Nice. Thanks.
To those of you that have 5 stars, I hope you do get the 5 star service you deserve. Hopefully you don’t think this is the way other nail places work bc they do not.

We have now been going here for over a year and I am still extremely impressed with the service here. It is always extremely clean and the the staff is amazing. Couldn’t be happier!

I’m so glad to have a great nail salon so close. They have lots of pedicure chairs including a hello kitty chair for kids. The prices and service are great.

So happy to have this new nail salon in the neighborhood. Super clean, friendly and talented staff. Eyebrow threading on Monday’s too! Great new place!!!
