H2O Well & Pump

Terrible service. Came to repair my deck. During the repair, they ended up causing additional damage and had to come back a second time to fix the leak they caused. This was back in May. My well is located beneath my deck. After the repair (s) were done, they were meant to patch up the huge hole they made in my deck and they were paid to do so. They covered it up with PLYWOOD and went on their way. I assumed this fix to be temporary and thought nothing of it for a few days. I eventually called them back and inquired about the plywood covering the hole on my deck. The owner told me that his «contractors» moved out of town and he is looking for new guys. We are in the beginning of June now. I was completely understanding and empathetic toward him. He «gave me his word» that the hole will be fixed and that he would stop by within the next few weeks to check it out. I packed my bags and moved out to my summer home in Arizona for the duration of the summer. Low and behold, I came back a few weeks ago and the hole was STILL COVERED IN PLYWOOD. I called H20 Well & Pump well over 10 times, leaving about 3 messages and even sent them an email. None of my calls have been returned. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS! USE ANYONE ELSE. Bullshit company, bullshit owner.
