This doctor is never on schedule. Rather she is always so far behind she has to be booking appointments in groups. I am reasonably sure she does because I’ve tried early morning appointments and she is already off schedule.
From day one, I was concernered about this woman’s temperament. Her bedside manner is less than desirable. Her fuse seems about to blow at any moment. The morning of my final appointment I called an hour and fifteen minutes ahead to see if they were running on schedule. They did not answer the phone. Nor, did they bother to return my call. I showed up on time for my scheduled appointment only to wait for over an hour.
I finally found the nerve to say something about their scheduling. I was timid and polite about it knowing Dr. Win’s personality. I did not expect her explosive behavior but am glad it went down as it happened. Now I can seek the customer service I deserve. I’m certain there are more qualified, caring physicians on the mountain.
