This place is so great. I guess the great thing about these quaint mom and pop places is that you feel like you’re coming home for the holidays. The owner was very gracious in working our our late check-in. The room was extremely comfortable(although rather warm for my taste… the AC didn’t seem to be working this particular weekend) with a separate sitting area(we had the Romantique room on the second floor). It’s literally waking distance from the Village where all the shopping is and the view of the lake from our room(front facing) was spectacular. Four stars only because of the AC.

My wife and I spent one night here and stayed in Romantique. Big size room and very comfortable bed. Good view of the lake and balcony was very nice. Great location as it’s right across from Lake Arrowhead Resort and Village. Very clean. Only downfall was that there was no AC. Even with the windows opened, ceiling fan and floor fan, it was very warm in the room, about 84 degrees. Almost uncomfortable warm to sleep. We were tempted to sleep on the balcony. Would consider staying here again, but definitely not during the warm season. The breakfast? If you count the make your own coffee and gas station wrapped pastries breakfast, then it was great. Otherwise, I would not label this as B&B especially for the price.

We went here for our anniversary a year ago and loved it! Great price, cute atmosphere, and right next to Lake Arrowhead downtown.

We spent 3 nights here and could not have been more pleased. The place is an older building but clean and well maintained. It is located just a short stroll from the shopping, dining and activities in the Village. The very best part of our stay was the neighborly hospitality of the owner, Megan, who always had time to chat over coffee as well as make suggestions of where to go in the area. We will be back!

Over the New Years weekend my husband and I decided to take a mini-vaca, I Unilocaled and Googled around and came across this place. I think we snagged the last available room(whew). The whole experience was great. Booking was super easy, pricing for the area was quite reasonable and then the actual space was super cute and fun. We stayed in the«Love Letter» room which had a fantastic view of the lake. The style was, as noted by previous reviewers, Victorian and beautifully done. We were greeted by Chris and given a tour of the spaces available to us which included a kitchenette stocked with snacks and goodies(midnight cereal, YES!), a wide selection of DVDs and board games. The room had a little fireplace, lounge room, large bathroom(no bathtub) and a super cozy bed. The ONLY thing that was less than perfect as that the blanket was a tiny stuffy smelling. We very much enjoyed this B&B. Be sure to check out the Belgian Waffle and the Village just across the way.

My hubby and I have stayed here twice for our anniversary. We loved it, the service was always great. They have board games you can borrow, they have tons of dvds you can take to your room. And they also have netflix that plays on the tv’s. They have complimentary drinks, popcorn and have the most wonderful cinnamon rolls in the morning. Its a wonderful place and we will definitely be going back!
