We live 1 hour and a half away and visit our home on weekends. To have the peace of mind knowing our house is being taken care of is huge. The staff are courteous, friendly and professional. Installation was done with attention to detail and explained in detail. I am very happy with Lake Arrowhead Security.
A word to the wise: STAY FAR FAR FAR AWAY FROM ADT. You don’t deal directly with them but with their «approved» third party installers. The system constantly gave false alarms. When we moved and no longer needed the system, we told the rep this and not once did she say if we didn’t continue the service in our new location, we would be penalized. Never once was it brought to our attention when we signed up were we shown the fine print, and sure enough, they took us to collections and we had to shell out over $ 500. Had we known that from the get go, it would have gone with us, problems and all. ADT IS THE WORST!!!

We had an alarm system installed on Thursday and we couldn’t be more pleased. From the initial consultation by Cindy and Casey to the expert installation by Fred. Everything was accomplished in a matter of hours. After installing the system, Fred walked us through the programming of the digital pad. Not only does the system cover break-​ins, it also includes smoke detection. The entire system is monitored 24 hours by the alarm team. Thank you Lake Arrowhead Security. We highly recommend you to anyone interested in securing their property.

I had this service for years without major complaints but recently the ownership changed. They visited the premises 3 times in the last month and never noticed or never cared that the alarm was not on (armed) thus I was not being monitored for about a month. I was not offered an adjustment for this lack of monitoring. Maybe since they are under new ownership they should change their name as well: «Airhead Alarm» or «Errorhead Alarm» sound like good descriptive choices.

We’ve relied on Lake Arrowhead Patrol since 2009 to protect our getaway in the woods in Lake Arrowhead. From the first phone call, to installation to every contact since, Karen, Richard and all of their staff have been friendly and professional. We just had an alarm installation. Lake Arrowhead Patrol and Security is top rate and offer full service, especially if you live part time on the mountain. From the initial contact with their office, to Karen coming out for estimate and then Richard installing, we were so impressed. We live in Crestline and I would highly recommend this company to anyone. We feel a lot more secure!

I had a break in this week at my office building early in the am. The alarm scared off the thieves and they ran away and did not take anything. They had already unplugged a video monitor and that was probably just when the alarm went off. Three weeks ago we had a theft and the crooks face was on the security camera. We were able to give a video to the police of both events. Both times Lake Arrowhead Patrol notified us and the police immediately.

Service staff just left after checking out a possible failure of the system here at home. The office had called earlier today saying their system showed a possible problem. The gentlemen who checked it out have been here before, replaced a battery, reset tripped circuit breaker and reported the «resusitation» was all it needed.
Again, have used this service for years, they have come out when I forgot to turn off the water during a blizzard type quick storm and always are friendly, competent and professional. Pleased to be able to review an excellent company.
