I used to come here all the time a few years ago and liked it. Staff was pleasant, food was good, prices fair. I came back recently and had a very negative experience with their new management. Before I was seated to order, I asked the manager a question about the menu. She was short, rude and mean. Forget about basic customer service, something is really wrong with this lady. And she’s the manager? If she’s the owner, this place is doomed. This lady needs to be axed before it’s too late. Just miserable.

Food and service is excellent. Were the first ones in on a Saturday. Got a Lakeview table. I highly recommend the firecracker roll and mango curry and hot sake.

If you like Thai food, you’ll love this restaurant! We eat here often and most get the Pad Thai, yellow curry and pad see ew – all of which are excellent!
The wait while the summer concert season is happening can be terrible. They just don’t have enough staff to support huge crowds two nights a week, but other than then, the service has always been very good.
Also, I definitely recommend the Thai menu over their sushi menu. I’ve only ordered the sushi once, but I wasn’t impressed. The Thai food, on the other hand, is fantastic!

Amazing Thai place couldn’t of found a better restaurant to come and eat to while staying out here in lake arrow head! Amazing service and food I defiantly recommend this place when you come out here! All the other reviews don’t give this place enough credit! Loved it! I will come again!!!

The view was nice. The food, it was good but not what I expected.

I really don’t understand how reviews are so low for this restaurant. My bf took me to Lake Arrowhead about a week ago and everything was great. We were promptly seated by the window (gorgeous view btw). Food was great, tom yom was very flavorful and the pad see ew tasted like soy sauce, as it should. Service was great, our server was very sweet and the overall atmosphere was very cozy and comfortable.
I actually would totally recommend this restaurant to people visiting the area, and will definitely come back if I visit here again.

A group of 11 of us waited 25 minutes, nobody greeted us or looked at us. When I approached the first person to see if can sit, I was completely ignored. They don’t care about customers so we left.

I don’t know why people are so harsh to this business but I truly enjoyed my time here. Food was good, ordered Beef Panang and some seafood dish (can’t remember the name) and it was yummy. I also really enjoyed their Thai iced tea. Restaurant is in a great location and service was good.

This played was really not trusted by the locals. Everyone from the hotels to the those I asked around said this place was poorly run and food not very good. I still tried it and thought the food was pretty good. I had the pad Thai and spicy friend rice.
The location is difficult to find as it’s in the lower village. I would have ranked four stars except the place seemed shady for trying to utilize free Thai iced tea offer, and claimed their account was locked. They would not honor a 3 dollar promotion? Hmmm…

Worth Thai/​Sushi restaurant I’ve been too!!!
New, bad management ever!
They need to update their Unilocal since they don’t even offer free Thai iced tea.
I believe this place was originally a Thai restaurant and just added sushi menu along it.
WORST SUSHI I’VE EVER HAD!!!
Overpriced shit, and the fish was not even fresh.
It looked so disgusting and dry.
It’s even worse than a one-​star buffet cold sushi lol
We didn’t even bother finishing it after tasting one.
Seaweed Salad was okay but the hot wings we got was not even spicy, and it was breaded fried chicken! No flavor whatsoever.
The only good food we got was the Shrimp Pad Thai which consists of about five shrimps –_​_​–
This place has so much potential, it offers great lake view but damn, worst food ever!
I blamed our AirBnB host for recommending us this place
Save your money and go somewhere else!

Not offering the free Thai iced tea @ check-​in. Sushi is horrible, not fresh and too fishy tasting. The food is average, nothing special. A very bland experience

Worst restaurant I’ve been to. Bad service, bad food quality and dirty. Had a horrible experience.

We tried this place for the second time tonight. After sitting at the sushi bar for 20 minutes the sushi maker asked what we wanted. He was polite and very hospitable and was not allowed to take our drink orders. He asked two of the servers to take our drink orders and they just ignored him.
After another ten minutes we flagged down one of the servers and asked if we could order something to drink. She was extremely rude and said that we needed to go next door if we just wanted drinks then walked away. By this time we had our sushi and no drinks or utensils.
We flagged down the other server who was just as rude and made the same comment. We told her that we had ordered food and already received it. She said that we had to order drinks fast because she had other people waiting. We asked for chopsticks and napkins so that we could eat our food and she made a rude comment and stormed off.
As locals we are always looking for good places to eat. Even if a place has good food, rude inattentive servers ruin the experience. Dont waste your time at this place.

Long story short, poor mangement, high price, poor food quality/​taste, nasty restroom, not so updated décor and furnishings makes this place, NOT RECOMMENDED.
Waited over 10 minutes to be greeted and adsin lady who seems to be the manager told us we have to wait 30+ more minutes.
Food generally salty and not so clean environment. High price. All add to my negative ratings.
But then again, there are not many choice in this Lake Arrowhead Village.
Pack your lunch and drinks if you are planning a day trip here.

This place is very bad service. They let customers stand and wait for long time. Nobody came out and say anything about how long have to wait.
They should let customers know.
The food not that good and people work here not friendly at all.

Just went to this place waited for approximately 10 mins to be seated, no one came to even say there was a waiting or that they were going to be helping us in a few mins, place was half empty. Will never even try to come back

Good stuff. I’ve had the Pad Thai and the red curry so far and enjoyed them both. None of the dishes is served spicy enough for my taste as they are, but they will modify on request or bring red pepper flakes on the side. The restaurant itself was much nicer inside than I expected, nice and cozy.
Service was excellent; prompt, friendly and professional. Eat here!

I came here tonight wanting curry and I got it! I ordered the mango curry, It was AMAZING! I couldn’t stop eating so we could package up my leftovers!
We also had some sushi (Sea monster), it was outstanding. I joked about ordering another one even tho our food was still on the way…

This place is the worst. Tried to call an order in and was told everything we were ordering from their website was not available because the menu was outdated.
So we went in to order our take out, they have a second menu posted outside which seemed limited, only to have a THIRD menu inside?!? Huh?
After paying for our a 45 $ order we presented the Unilocal coupon for a free Thai Iced Tea that you get when you check in there from the Unilocal app. The woman at the counter wouldn’t honor it, she said that was from the different owners. I couldn’t believe that she wouldn’t give us a stupid 3 $ tea after paying $ 45.

The take out portions are extremely small! What a rip off NEVER AGAIN and I LOVE Thai food, but this place is not worth it!!!

Tonight was a weird night, and maybe there is just extremely poor service at restaurants in Lake Arrowhead. After leaving another place because they «lost» our reservation, we were actually pretty excited to eat here, despite several of us knowing the food here is just mediocre.
When we arrived 7 of 10 of us entered to a largely empty room (one table of two and 3 of a party of 6 who were seated). After about 5 minutes, the young hostess informed us that we had to wait until our entire party had arrived, which was fine because they were just parking. After another 10 minutes (and with our full party there) the lady who seemed like the owner said to go ahead and sit at the empty table for 10 right in front of us.
Seated, we then waited another 15 mins meanwhile 2 other small tables got seated with menus, and the remainder of the party of 6 got seated and had their drink order taken and delivered. We then asked for menus and were told by the the same young woman that she was waiting for our entire party to be seated (which again we were all seated from the moment we offered the table). After placing 2 stacks of menus, she then handed us a stack of napkins and asked us to pass them down and then placed the flatware and walked away… to take the orders of the tables seated after us. After another 10 minutes we asked another server if we could get someone to take our order, at this point over 40 mins had passed and nobody showed for another 5 mins and after a failure flag down anyone to help, we just left.
